Oyat-ri Seokdong Branch (오얏리 석동점) is a Korean bar in Seokdong, Jinhae-gu, Changwon, Gyeongnam. I went looking for a place with good atmosphere in Jinhae 🤎

This time I wanted something a bit more special than my usual go-to dishes, and both the visuals and the taste exceeded my expectations — very satisfying!

I thought it would suit dates and gatherings with friends, but also feel right for a special occasion meal 😊

The Oyat-ri Seokdong Branch menu is diverse — soups, pasta, fried dishes, drinks and more — so you can try a bunch of different things 🧡 I liked that it wasn't a one-menu place; you can pick based on your taste! ✨ Even if you go with a group, everyone can order what they like, and there's plenty that works as a drinking snack too, so it suits both a meal and a drinking session 🍻

This time I ordered the Kaminiso pasta and the dongpo pork.

Kaminiso pasta: a whole crab on top

🍝 Kaminiso pasta — the name itself was unusual and made me curious. And the moment it arrived, the visuals grabbed my attention right away! 🦀

There's a whole crab in there, so it looks generous, and the sauce made with crab roe felt really rich. It's a clearly different, deeper flavor than your typical cream pasta — anyone who loves crab would especially enjoy this.

The noodles were coated thoroughly in the sauce, so every bite had a proper hit of crab flavor 🥹💕 Especially good eaten together with the pasta.

The sauce itself was rich and savory, so the flavor stayed strong from the first bite to the last. The fried crab bits were crunchy and seriously tasty too! If you like crab, I'd definitely recommend trying this at least once!

Dongpo pork: the limited-quantity dish with gaoliang

🥢 Dongpo pork — the other main dish was dongpo pork! Since it's sold in limited quantity, I was extra excited for it.

It's described as an upscale dish — pork belly slow-cooked at low temperature in a special sauce for a long time — so I had to order it ✨ The meat was cooked so tenderly it was easy to eat even with chopsticks, and the special sauce had soaked in well, giving it real depth of flavor.

Especially satisfying was how the rich texture typical of pork belly blended so well with the soft meat 😋 It has a different charm from just grilling meat, so it's great when you want something a bit special.

Since it's a limited-quantity dish, if you're planning to visit, it might be worth checking ahead whether it's still available! 👀

Also, ordering the dongpo pork gets you a shot of gaoliang liquor haha. This visit, instead of the usual go-to dishes, I tried the crab-roe pasta and the carefully cooked dongpo pork, and both had such distinct character that I loved them. If you like the deep flavor of crab, I'd recommend the Kaminiso pasta 🦀🍝, and if you like the combination of tender meat and a rich sauce, go for the dongpo pork 🥢.
