Where is It's J Cheongju Esthetic, and what are the hours?

It's J Cheongju Esthetic is located at 2nd Floor, 201-203, 250 Junggogae-ro, Sangdang-gu, Cheongju. It's open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00, with Mondays as the regular closing day. Parking is available both in front of and behind the shop.

You can park in front or behind the shop, and if the front is full, the rear parking lot works fine too haha.

They have programs not just for diet management but also for body line care, so I thought this would be a good place to focus on areas I usually find hard to manage myself, which is why I decided to visit this time!

Three floors of hair, skin and body care under one roof

It's J is said to be the biggest total shop in Cheongju!!! The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so pleasant haha!!! The 1st floor is for hair/nail art, the 2nd floor for skin care/lashes/waxing, and the 3rd floor is mainly for body care!

Body care happens on the 3rd floor, so after putting on indoor slippers and climbing the stairs, the body care shop comes into view!

The interior was so clean, and the director was so thorough and kind! Body care here covers not just diet management but also detox, postpartum care, and wedding prep. Being a total shop makes it so convenient!!!

Consultation and health checklist before the treatment

At It's J Cheongju, treatment starts with a brief consultation with the director in the consultation room before anything else!

There are also light snacks prepared for anyone who might get low blood sugar after treatment — such a thoughtful touch, right?

Before the consultation, you fill out a checklist, then have a brief chat with the director, who carefully checked my body and lifestyle habits!

What is SlimOn body care at It's J?

The treatment I received was SlimOn body care — think of it as 'losing weight while lying down'! ★If you do the photon treatment consistently!!! 45 minutes of photon is said to give the effect of running for 5 hours!!! Up to 2kg reduction in visceral fat and body fat!!!

After the consultation, you go inside, take off your clothes, and put on just a gown before the treatment begins!

Before starting, they do an InBody before-measurement! It was basically my first time getting an InBody scan so I was nervous haha,,

30 minutes of TNT abdomen care: sit-ups while lying down

After the InBody measurement, it's off to the next room for TNT care! haha What is TNT abdomen care? It uses strong mid-to-low frequency EMS stimulation to give the effect of doing sit-ups while lying down!

You put on the gown and they attach the machine to your abdomen like this for 30 minutes!!! At first, you might be surprised by the pulling sensation in your abdomen, but after about 2 minutes you get used to it haha,, It keeps firing in different rhythms for the full 30 minutes!!! It's bearable!!

Looking at reviews, some people said they got sore abs afterward, but I personally didn't feel any soreness!! Oh, and one thing — you need to fast for 3 hours before the treatment!★★★

When I mentioned to the director that the initial setting felt a bit strong, she lowered it a level and it worked out perfectly!

45 minutes of bio-photon: sweating like a sauna

The second treatment was bio-photon!!! This is the machine I mentioned earlier that gives you the effect of a 5-hour run in just 45 minutes! They said you can watch videos on your phone during the treatment, but I just didn't bother watching anything haha,,,

It was manageable up to 10 minutes, but after that the sweating got intense and I really felt like I was in a sauna! Total sense of toxins flushing out!! lol Absolutely great! By the end, the swelling had completely gone down thanks to all that waste elimination, and I was so surprised — the effect is real!!

InBody before and after: what changed in one session

Can you really see the before-and-after difference? I just lay down for the treatment, yet my weight decreased, skeletal muscle mass increased, and body fat percentage dropped — see it? So amazing haha,,

Since the treatment was done lying down comfortably, I could relax and take it easy, and best of all, I liked that it focused specifically on the areas I usually worry about!
