Buk-gu, Ulsan taco restaurant: beef tacos and birria ramen at Elato

I went to Elato in Songjeong-dong, Ulsan, a Mexican restaurant, to eat quesadilla and tacos~!! 🌮

They'll also pack up any leftover food for you :-)

They have coat hangers and baby chairs too, so you can eat comfortably~~!!

There are so many different kinds of Mexican dishes~!! Since I don't usually get to eat Mexican food, I was really looking forward to it :-)

You can add sauce and cilantro to your taste too!!

There are also recommended menus for groups, so if you're stuck deciding, going with the recommended items might be a good idea :-)

Ta-da~~!! Here's the quesadilla, tacos, and birria ramen we ordered!!

Once the food arrived, it really felt like we were in Mexico, so we had a refreshing, delicious meal haha. I think my mom would love this place too, so I'm planning to bring her here for a mother-daughter date next time :-)

You can choose your meat for the tacos, and we went with beef — the tortilla came piled high with various vegetables, cheese, and beef!! 👏🏻

They said it tastes even better with the lime that comes on the side, so we squeezed it on :-) The tangy flavor and aroma of the lime made it taste so much more elevated — I really recommend adding it haha

Can you see how packed the taco is~?? 😋 You can choose whether to add cilantro, and since we came for Mexican food, we tried it with cilantro added!!

Thanks to the variety of ingredients, the cilantro flavor wasn't too strong, so I added even more~!! Cilantro comes free with no extra charge, so if you love cilantro, go visit right now :-)

You can choose your meat for the quesadilla too!! I think we went with beef, and the meat was tender :-)

A quesadilla grilled full of meat, sauce, and cheese inside the tortilla!! 🫔

Dipping it generously into the tomato sauce that comes with it makes it sweet and tangy — total crowd-pleaser for women!!! We also piled cilantro on top along with the sauce!!

You can get the ramen for free if you write a receipt review, so it might be worth doing that too :-)

Birria ramen, 8,500 won

The broth for the ramen is made by grinding Mexican chili peppers, and it comes with beef and lime, plus added spices — I'd recommend it for anyone who likes dipping their lamb skewers in spice!! 👍

Slurping the chewy noodles along with the broth — need I say more~!! Eating the soup along with the tacos and quesadilla made the whole meal even better than just tacos and quesadilla alone!!
