Dangsan bossam restaurant with open window seats: Cheongun Bossam
In short
Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch is a bossam (boiled pork wraps) and clam kalguksu (clam noodle soup) restaurant on Yangpyeong-ro 12-gil near Dangsan Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. Visiting with a friend, the writer took a seat by the fully opened floor-to-ceiling window, ordered the small ugyeop bossam set at 35,000 won with kalguksu as the noodle choice, and received a tuna mayo rice ball through the review event. Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch has no parking lot, but the wide spacing between tables makes it easy for both a date and a group dinner.

Had a Dangsan date with a friend after way too long! We were both craving bossam, so we went looking for a good spot near Dangsan Station and found a clean, nicely styled restaurant. Let me introduce Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch — since Yeongdeungpo has a lot of offices nearby, it's a great pick if you're hunting for a lunch spot or a dinner-with-coworkers place!
Where is Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch, and what are the hours?
Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch is at 9 Yangpyeong-ro 12-gil, 1st floor, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. It's open daily from 11:00 to 22:00, with a weekday break time from 15:00 to 16:00. No parking available.
What kind of restaurant is Cheongun Bossam?
Cheongun Bossam specializes in bossam (boiled pork wrap), oyster bossam, clam kalguksu (clam noodle soup), and spicy octopus bibim kalguksu! They put real care into making sure you get a hearty, warm meal whenever you visit.
Especially in winter, you can enjoy the combo of fresh raw oysters with softly boiled bossam. Definitely have to come back in winter,,
Cheongun Bossam uses whole pork jowl instead of regular pork belly, so the meat comes out even more tender and moist. They've got a nice range of side dishes that pair well with drinks too, so it's also a good spot for office dinners or group gatherings.
Where do you park near Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch?
Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch doesn't have its own parking lot, so we parked at a nearby paid lot and walked over. It's ₩3,000 for the first 30 minutes and ₩500 per 10 minutes after that — we parked for 50 minutes and it came to ₩4,000 total!

The floor-to-ceiling windows were wide open, giving off such a nice sense of openness. The weather was great too, which probably added to the vibe. Perfect timing to visit in this kind of weather.
Interior mood and the floor-to-ceiling window seats

The inside of Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch isn't huge, but the table spacing is really wide, which I loved. The interior also looked like they put real thought into it — clean and tidy.

With the floor-to-ceiling window wide open, you get a nice breeze while eating haha. Not too hot, just right.
Menu prices and the lunch special

There's no separate menu book, just this board. If you go for lunch, there's a lunch special that seems like great value!
When you order a bossam dish, they include either clam kalguksu or a platter of makguksu (buckwheat cold noodles)! The clam kalguksu has a refreshing broth loaded with clams, making it popular as a lunch dish, a drinking side dish, or even a hangover cure. The spicy octopus kalguksu comes with a sweet-and-spicy sauce that soaks into the wide noodles — addictive stuff.
What comes with the 35,000-won small ugyeop bossam set

The basic side dishes: bean sprouts, pickled onion, kimchi, stir-fried fish cake. There's a self-serve corner so I refilled the kimchi! The fish cake had a strong, savory sesame oil flavor — really good.
Small ugyeop bossam set, ₩35,000. Choice of kalguksu or makguksu: went with kalguksu.

The kalguksu had a spicy, punchy broth that made a perfect side dish. Generous amount of clams and noodles too. For ₩35,000 as a set, honestly not bad?! The meat portion seemed pretty generous as well.

Can't have bossam without dried radish strips~ Loved that there was plenty of it! The lettuce was a bit skimpy, but I rationed it out.

The meat was so tender, nicely marbled, and delicious!
I wrapped it in vegetables with dried radish strips and salted shrimp, taking a big full bite haha.

Tuna mayo rice ball from the review event
The tuna mayo rice ball I got through the review event. Packed with tuna, mayo, and seaweed, it was savory-sweet and delicious. Went really well with the kimchi!!

Hehe, rice plus kimchi plus bossam — what a combo, the best bite ever💖 Left completely stuffed.
If you're looking for a good restaurant in Yeongdeungpo, whether it's for a family gathering, a date, or a dinner with coworkers, definitely give Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch a try~!
