This Suwon Starfield spot isn't just about ordering drinks — you can also browse the beans. If you love coffee, it's hard to just walk past the bean display.

You can actually smell the beans yourself, which made it fun to check out the different aromas. If scent or personal preference matters when you buy beans, it's worth smelling them in person at the store before choosing!

They also sell their own branded goods, which was fun to browse. Along with coffee-related items, there were pieces that captured the brand's vibe, so it was nice to look around slowly while waiting for my drink~

What was in the dessert showcase? Autumn fig cake

Coming all the way to this Suwon Starfield spot, I couldn't skip the dessert showcase~ Jeong Jiyeong Coffee Roasters' cakes made with seasonal fruit are really popular, and when I visited, they had a fig cake ready for autumn.

Figs are one of those fruits that just says autumn. The figs on top of the cake gave it such a seasonal feel that it caught my eye. If you want to enjoy dessert along with your coffee, it's worth checking the showcase to see what cake is out~

Since I'd had a big lunch before visiting, I saved the cake for next time and just ordered the americano and grapefruit ade!

How did the iced americano and grapefruit ade taste?

First, the iced americano — coffee poured cool over a cup of ice, the exact visual you crave when you're worn out from shopping. One sip and I could taste the coffee's signature bitterness and nutty flavor. It's not a sweet drink but a clean coffee, so no lingering sweetness in your mouth, making it easy to drink without any guilt mid-shopping.

The grapefruit ade had a different charm from the coffee — a drink with that distinct grapefruit tang. The sweet-tart grapefruit flavor was so refreshing, perfect for a quick break while shopping! If you like fruit drinks, or just aren't in the mood for coffee, I'd recommend the grapefruit ade.

The iced americano was nutty and clean, while the grapefruit ade was sweet-tart and refreshing — each had its own charm. Ordering both meant if you're visiting with someone else, you can each pick the drink you want.
