If regular bread is coffee, egg tarts are TOP... The real charm of an egg tart is that soft custard flavor hiding inside a crisp pastry shell.
Take one bite and the flaky, layered crunch of the pastry comes with a sweet, nutty filling that just melts away...
The surface is baked golden brown—enough to make your mouth water just looking at it—and that slightly toasted, nutty aroma makes you think of coffee without even trying. Crisp outside, moist inside.
