Chinese restaurant in Bupyeong for lamb skewers: Neukdae wa Yang
In short
Neukdae wa Yang Samsan Branch is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor, about a five-minute walk from Gulpocheon Station in Bupyeong, Incheon. The two of us had Cheonrihyang lamb skewers, garlic curry lamb skewers, and Jisamseon; the food was satisfying, though Friday-night crowds and a ventilation issue were drawbacks.

The two of us had lamb skewers and Jisamseon at Neukdae wa Yang Samsan Branch (늑대와양 삼산점) in Samsan-dong, Bupyeong. The skewers were crisp outside and juicy inside, while the Jisamseon was less sweet than expected. I liked the food, but the Friday-night crowd and ventilation issue were disappointing.

How do you get there from Gulpocheon Station?
It took about five minutes to walk from Gulpocheon Station. The restaurant was on the second floor, and its yellow sign was visible from the first floor, so it was not especially difficult to find.

The restaurant is immediately visible when you take the elevator to the second floor. Its address is 21 Chungseon-ro 209beon-gil, Unit 201–202, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, South Korea. The hours listed in the original post are daily from 11:30 to 23:00, and paid public parking is available nearby.

What was the atmosphere like on Friday evening?
I visited around 8:30 p.m. on a Friday. It was newly opened at the time, and there were enough customers for it to feel hectic. The dining room felt spacious and comfortable, but it was somewhat chaotic at the time of my visit. Sheep and wolf stickers were placed around the walls.
What did the two of us order?
We ordered one serving each of Cheonrihyang lamb skewers and garlic curry lamb skewers, then added Jisamseon.

How do ordering and the self-service bar work?
I ordered through the kiosk. The staff-call tab included options to request water, a high chair, liquor glasses, and a charger, as well as a separate call to have the charcoal removed.

I could take the basic side dishes from the self-service bar as I liked. I also picked up an apron, small plates, and a ladle there.

How were the lamb skewers and grilling process?
The lamb skewers arrived first, and charcoal was brought over right away, so I put the meat on the grill. At our first table, the ventilation hood did not lower properly, so it did not draw the smoke in well. A staff member noticed and moved us, and we were able to grill and eat comfortably at the new table.

The nicely browned lamb skewers were crisp outside and juicy inside. I liked their nutty, clean flavor, and the garlic curry lamb skewers were tasty with garlic flavor and a curry aroma.

Several seasonings and sauces were available at each table. I also thought the lamb skewers were good dipped in the signature soy sauce.

As the meat was cooking, we also ordered soju and beer. A slushy magic hammer, used to make lightly frozen soju, was on the table.
Was the Jisamseon very sweet?
Jisamseon, a stir-fried eggplant and potato dish, had moist eggplant coated in a thick sauce and plenty of thinly sliced potato. It looked like mattang (candied sweet potato), so I expected it to be sweet, but it was less sweet than expected and easy to keep eating alongside the skewers.

It was hectic because there were many customers, and the smoke at our first table was uncomfortable, but I was satisfied with the lamb skewers and Jisamseon. It is close to the station and has a spacious dining room, so I would like to return after some time has passed.
