Bas Burger Yonsei Cancer Hospital Branch is a handmade burger restaurant on basement level 1 at 50-1 Yeonse-ro in Sinchon, Seoul, between Yonsei University and Severance Hospital. On a weekday around 2:30 pm, the writer ordered a mushroom burger set with the bun swapped for lettuce (+500 won) and a chili mozzarella cheese bar (3,700 won), and the free, unlimited potato chips were especially crispy. With a thick fried mushroom inside, the Bas Burger mushroom burger doesn't feel bland even without a bun, making it an easy pick for mushroom lovers.
