Hongdae chicken feet restaurant with corn cheese: Cheongnyeon 1987
Cheongnyeon Dakbal 1987 Hongdae Branch is a chicken feet restaurant with an open-air pojangmacha (street tent bar) feel, sitting right on the border of Hongdae and Yeonnam-dong in Seoul. On an early weekday evening, two of us ordered the Cheongnyeon Dakbal Set (tulip soup chicken feet plus added daechang and cheese) with a side of corn cheese, and the set's rice balls, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), fried chicken skin and mukbap (acorn jelly in cold broth) filled us up with no extra rice needed. The spicy soup chicken feet with hot-plate corn cheese is the balance point at Cheongnyeon Dakbal 1987.
