I've been coming to the Oido area a lot lately so I've been craving grilled shellfish, haha. But shellfish grill prices in Oido have gotten so high that I don't eat there anymore... so I came to Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch, a Baegot favorite.

No time limit on the refills, draft beer included
I came on a weekday around 7:30pm, and since it was a weekday the place wasn't fully packed. Most all-you-can-eat spots have a time limit, but here there's none. The Naver store description literally says you can come at opening and leave at closing, hahahaha.

Draft beer unlimited refill, ₩6,900 per person. Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch also has unlimited draft beer. These days a 500ml draft costs ₩5,000–6,000 elsewhere, so unlimited refills for ₩6,900 is such a steal.

The tank looked genuinely fresh. And they don't seem to pile all the shellfish up from the start — they restock as it goes down — which somehow made it feel like it'd stay fresher.
Unlimited mozzarella cheese and buldak sauce
At other places you get charged extra every time you add cheese, but here even the mozzarella cheese is unlimited!!! I think I made up for all the cheese I couldn't eat elsewhere, here. I think I went back for it like 4 times.
Margarine and various sauces were also set out. At first I thought that was butter, not margarine, and grilled abalone with it, which ended up way too greasy. But wait, what if it actually was butter, haha? Though it definitely didn't smell like butter.

The owner's buldak (fire chicken) sauce is seriously the winner here — this Baegot favorite earns its reputation! Eating it with cheese made it not even that spicy, and it went so well with the grilled shellfish that I kept drizzling it on.

Self-bar spread and 4 types of unlimited meat
The self-bar had so much going on — corn, cheese rice cakes, sweet potato rice cakes, sausages, canned peaches, fruit cocktail, and more.

Eating just shellfish nonstop can feel a bit empty and get old, so I like pairing it with meat — and here there were 4 types of unlimited meat.

Beyond woo-samgyeop (thin-sliced beef brisket), pork belly, pork neck, and galmaegisal (skirt meat), the side dishes included garlic, chili peppers, mushrooms, kimchi, ssamjang, and pickled radish, and they even had foil and sesame oil ready so I put sesame oil in the foil and grilled the kimchi in it too.

First round: loaded with scallops, plus a sauce combo tip
Scallops are my favorite among grilled shellfish, so I piled my first round with just scallops, hahahaha. At the all-you-can-eat shellfish places near Oido, they actually charge more if scallops are included... like, what else would you even order shellfish grill for if not scallops, ugh.
Pro tip! If you dump buldak sauce + chili sauce + margarine + a little chojang (vinegar gochujang) all into the cheese, you get a genuinely insane sauce. There's no set ratio, just, haha... put in a bit more chili sauce and only a little chojang and it comes out pretty tasty. Though the calories are probably a disaster.
It's been so hot lately that they gave each table an ice bucket like this. I put water in it, put cola in it, hahaha — at first I thought it was a trash bin and almost tossed my soy sauce packet in there by mistake.
Homemade cheese scallops, haha — the buldak sauce is honestly the whole point. Unlimited cheese refills were just so good.
A free slushie handed out to every table on a hot day
I'd eaten so much shellfish my mouth felt a bit salty, and right then a free slushie showed up. I don't usually even like slushies, but this one felt like heaven. Since I visited on a hot day, they handed it out to every table as a free service. The owner is seriously the best.

This is that abalone butter grill I made thinking it was butter, hahahaha — but it was margarine. No matter how I think about it, it really does seem like margarine. I ended up dipping this abalone in the buldak cheese instead.

Also, at other places the trash bin is under the table so your hand has to keep reaching down while you grill, but here they built a chute right on top of the table, which made tossing shellfish shells so much easier.

Even the abalone wasn't fishy, plus a split grill for woo-samgyeop
I also tried some shellfish other than scallops. They were all fresh and tasty too. I genuinely can't handle anything fishy-tasting, and at most all-you-can-eat shellfish places even the abalone is too fishy for me — but the abalone here wasn't fishy at all and was delicious. That tells you how fresh all the shellfish here is.
After mostly finishing the shellfish, I picked woo-samgyeop from the meat options since it cooks fast and is thin, so easy to eat.

There are two grill plates, so you can grill shellfish and meat at the same time.

After finishing the meat, one last round of scallops, hahahaha.

Finished off with a ₩3,000 ramyeon loaded with seafood
After that last round of scallops I was so full I thought about just leaving... but I can't pass up ramyeon, so we ordered Shin Ramyeon too.

Seafood-loaded ramyeon, ₩3,000. Heads up: the water doesn't boil that fast on the shellfish grill plate, so it's better to start boiling it about 10 minutes before you plan to eat it. The flame seemed plenty strong while grilling the shellfish, but... we couldn't wait, so it wasn't fully boiled when we dumped everything in anyway, hahahaha.
I didn't realize at first since they gave us the slushie for free, but it turns out it's actually a menu item for sale. Even if you don't get it comped, definitely order a slushie partway through your shellfish meal — it's genuinely heavenly.
They'd even thoughtfully set out deodorizer.
Watch out for early closing — groups should book on Naver
Closing time is a fairly relaxed 23:00–24:00, but it seems like they only have a set amount of shellfish stock each day, probably to keep it fresh. We finished up and left around 9:30pm, and they'd already closed early that day. If you're planning to visit as a group, I'd definitely recommend booking ahead on Naver Reservations. Highly recommend Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch as a Baegot favorite!
