Daega bossam (small): I definitely ordered the small size, but I was shocked by how generous the portion was! 🥩✨ The quality was fantastic — the pork was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. Clean flavor with no gamey smell at all, really excellent. What makes this place unique and charming is that the bossam comes with kodari muchim (spicy dried pollack salad) to wrap it with! The combo of spicy-sweet, chewy kodari and tender bossam pork is a fantastic kick, totally its own thing!

Piling the meat and kodari onto warm rice basically made it disappear — a total rice thief. I could really feel the skill behind this bossam near Gunja Station!

How was the kodari naengmyeon at Sosa Myeonok?
