Sindang cocktail bar with cucumber cocktail and peach sgroppino: Plot

Is Plot, a cocktail bar by Sindang Station, a good spot for a second round?

Plot is a cocktail bar in Sindang with really great access, because it sits right by the Sindang Station exit. If you had to name the hottest neighborhood these days, it would surely be Sindang, nicknamed "Hipdang-dong" (hip Sindang). After a tasty dinner there, I was looking for a nice bar for a light second round and ended up at Plot.

It's right at the station exit so it's super easy to find, and the mood was perfect too. Let me introduce Plot!

Plot's atmosphere and seating

Plot catches your eye with tasteful lighting and a clean exterior, and once you step inside, a calm-toned interior welcomes you.

The tables are spaced generously, too.

On one side of the bar, T-shirts made in-house with Plot's own sensibility are on display. A wine bar that even makes its own merch, what a touch! You can really feel their love for the space and their hip sense.

The cocktails and olives I ordered at Plot

We'd already had a big dinner, so we ordered two light cocktails, the peach sgroppino and Happy Accident, plus olives. (I'm a total olive fiend, by the way.)

Peach sgroppino: a 6% cocktail with sparkling wine poured over sorbet

First, the peach sgroppino! It's 6% ABV, just the strength women tend to like!! It's a cocktail made by adding sparkling wine to sorbet, and I love that they pour the sparkling wine over the sorbet right in front of you.

They say food that looks good tastes good, and doesn't this look so pretty? hahaha

Eating it with the sherbet felt like having dessert too, two birds with one stone hahaha

Happy Accident: a 12% cucumber cocktail in Sindang

My friend ordered Happy Accident, a cucumber-flavored cocktail at 12% ABV. I'd recently watched a British vlog where someone enjoyed a cucumber cocktail at a pub so much, and I'd been so curious about the taste. And Plot just happened to have one, haha!

At 12% it's a bit strong, but this cucumber cocktail was delicious too, and my friend said it was the best cocktail they'd had lately. If you've been curious about cucumber cocktails, I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!

The olives we ordered came with every pit removed, and I was so touched by the attention to detail, T_T

The pistachios served by default at Plot were nutty and tasty too, and I kept reaching for more.

Why I recommend Plot for a second round in Sindang

Plot is quiet, so chatting over cocktails flowed easily, which made it a perfect spot for a second round!!!
