Choux shop near Sajik Stadium, Busan: dessert after chicken, FLU:ET
In short
FLU:ET is a handmade choux and fruit-syrup ade dessert shop on a side street in Sajik-dong, Dongnae, Busan. Before the last game of the season at Sajik Baseball Stadium, the writer packed 4 choux (plain, Earl Grey, cream cheese apple and Boseong matcha) to eat at a table seat. The plain and Boseong matcha choux, eaten after fried chicken, were so full that the cream spilled out. For an adult-fist-size choux to carry to a ballgame, FLU:ET is a solid choice.

Last weekend I went to the last game of the season at Sajik Baseball Stadium, and since it had been a while since I'd sat at a table seat, I spent ages wondering what to bring. I ended up picking up choux (cream puffs) at FLU:ET, a dessert shop in Sajik-dong! It was the perfect sweet palate cleanser after fried chicken. There were lots of flavors, and the cream was stuffed in so full that it was filling and sweet at the same time. Here's my story about FLU:ET.
Where is FLU:ET, and what about hours and parking?
FLU:ET is at 54 Sajik-ro 70beon-gil, Dongnae-gu, Busan, on the 1st floor. It's open 10:00-19:00 and closed on Sundays. Reservations are possible, but there's no parking.

It's near the Sajik Ssangyong Yega apartments, and it's only a 10-minute walk from Sajik Baseball Stadium, so it's great to stop by on game day haha. Not just for baseball either: if you're headed to Sajik to ride a bike, or on a nice picnic day like these days, I totally recommend it~!

FLU:ET's atmosphere and what it sells
FLU:ET is a tidy shop where you can see right inside! The word must already be out, because it was full of customers. I was so curious why everyone comes down this alley for FLU:ET's choux haha. Go try them before it gets even more popular!

FLU:ET sells ades made with handmade syrup, and big choux packed with custard cream. There are plenty of flavors too, so you can pick by taste.

The choux were neatly kept in the display case! Cleanliness matters most with anything, I think~!! The handmade syrups were stored neatly and on sale too. Next time I'd like to buy a syrup and enjoy it warm in winter.

FLU:ET choux and ade flavors
The drinks are ades made with handmade syrup: tomato basil, orange grapefruit and passion fruit, and the syrups are sold separately too. And the star of the show, the choux, come in plain, Earl Grey, cream cheese apple, Boseong matcha and tiramisu.

I picked four: plain, Earl Grey, cream cheese apple and Boseong matcha haha

They were also running a fun opening-celebration event haha. I want to win first prize,, ~~ haha

Can you eat in at FLU:ET? What about takeout?
The shop is a little small, so there's just one table haha. Both the choux and the drinks are easy to take out, so I recommend packing them to go~

They packed everything very neatly, and kindly explained and even marked the flavors, since you can't tell them apart from the outside haha

FLU:ET choux eaten at a Sajik Stadium table seat
FLU:ET's choux go so well with Sajik Baseball Stadium! I couldn't wait to find out how they'd taste haha

The choux are really big, bigger than I expected. About the size of an adult fist, I'd say~ One alone was filling enough! Of course, dessert lovers need to eat two~~!! haha

At the stadium I tried the plain choux and the Boseong matcha choux! A clean taste paired with a bittersweet one, such an exciting moment haha

Plain choux: not-too-sweet cream spilling out
The plain choux at FLU:ET was packed with milky-white cream. It wasn't too sweet, just a clean sweetness, so I kept on eating haha The cream was something like 80% or more of the whole thing haha. "Spilling over" really is the right expression.

Boseong matcha choux: bitterness that isn't overdone
The Boseong matcha choux wasn't too matcha-heavy either, which I liked. Too strong a bitterness can be a bit much, but this was moderately sweet while still letting you taste the matcha, and it went so well with the pastry haha. I think it would pair really well with a cup of coffee.
No matter how much I scooped with my fork, the custard cream kept spilling out haha. That's FLU:ET's choux in Sajik-dong! If you're wondering which dessert to buy in Sajik, I highly recommend it~ You won't regret it!
