The packaging came out really nicely too! Besides what we ordered, there's a huge variety on the menu — bibim poke salads, protein bowls & pasta, wraps, sandwiches, homemade soups, and coffee drinks. For the bibim poke salad, you can choose between pasta noodles or barley rice as the base. We went with rice for both!

It's a salad that lets you get your protein in while still feeling healthy and full — the portion size was honestly a lot bigger than I expected.

It looked pretty too, and since it was a filling, protein-focused meal that won't make you gain weight, I felt a lot less guilty afterward haha. Sometimes eating too much leaves me bloated and cranky, but this time I finished the meal with zero regrets! If you want a healthy, filling meal near Chungju Terminal that won't pack on weight, I recommend Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch!
