I went to Yongsan I'Park Mall a little while ago. I’d already been going to other JUNO HAIR branches, but this time I got the chance to try a service at the I'Park Mall branch :) And honestly—wow! I loved it so much that I’m still telling everyone about it. I posted it on Instagram and people kept DMing me to ask where I got it done, so of course I told them,, hehe.

A Clean, Comfortable Salon Atmosphere

The interior was clean and made a great first impression. JUNO HAIR has a modern, wood-toned interior, and every time I walk in, it feels so neat and polished. It isn’t that intense, blinding-incandescent-light kind of atmosphere, so the whole experience feels more relaxed :)

It wasn’t very busy when I visited, so they showed me to a seat where I could wait. The blonde staff member was so sweet and sooo kind 〰️

Bright Dyed Hair: Which Tone-Down Color Did I Choose?

First, they brought out the color chart. My current hair was on the brighter end for dyed hair that hadn’t been bleached, with lots of yellow and red tones, so they clearly guided me toward going about two levels darker with an ash but still dark color. They totally got what I wanted without making it excessive, and said they would mix a color that would suit me—someone who is scared of going too dark—just right 💁🏻‍♀️

The Full Color and Total Care Process

My hair condition before they applied the color all over.. It was really damaged, with such patchy color. I asked them to take a photo, then saw it and thought, huh? Was my hair really this bad? I was shocked.

They applied the color unbelievably thoroughly. Since the stylist worked with an assistant, it definitely finished quickly, which was nice haha. They prepared a drink and magazines while I sat there, so I could wait without getting bored. More than anything, the facilities were great—the cushioned chair was the best 🖤

What is this unreal comfort? One of the great things about JUNO HAIR is that you lie all the way down and they even cover you with a blanket—literal heaven ㅠ This is why people go to JUNO HAIR, isn’t it? The shampoo time felt so premium that it was practically the happiest part.

I did the full color along with total care, so they packed my hair full of moisture like this. They said it helps the color last longer after dyeing, and that I needed it because my hair is naturally very dry! They explained every reason so clearly—it was so satisfying. I think I spent almost 30–40 minutes here, and I honestly wanted to stay and keep getting treatment,, just heaven • •

They dried it thoroughly right to the end. There were assistants helping, but everyone worked together throughout, which made me feel even more cared for. And, most importantly, the kindness! True to JUNO HAIR, everyone was extremely kind and gentle. I usually only see female stylists, but this experience made me think, ah, I’d be totally fine with male stylists too.

An Ash-Dark Tone-Down That Lasted After 2 Weeks

Oh my gosh, I seriously look like a different person now, right? Look at that color—it’s truly perfect, isn’t it? It has been about 2 weeks now and the color is still exactly like this; it hasn’t faded and is staying so beautifully! Of course, it will eventually fade and get lighter than this, but they set the overall tone so perfectly and evenly that I’m so happy these days to have hair that isn’t patchy anymore,, 🥹
