Sorae-san Hwadeok Saengseon Gui is a Korean grilled fish restaurant in Manuigol, Namdong, Incheon, right in front of the Sorae Mountain hiking trail entrance. The writer ordered grilled mackerel and grilled flatfish, served as one spread with chestnut and green pea stone pot rice, cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew) and sungnyung (scorched-rice tea), and also used the self-serve side dishes, Han River ramyeon (₩3,000 with a regular meal) and the schisandra and plum tea for dessert. With crisp mackerel skin and moist flesh, Sorae-san Hwadeok Saengseon Gui is a good choice when you want properly grilled fish without the hassle of cooking it at home.
