I visited ONLY FOR YOU Hannam Main Branch (온리포유 한남본점) for root color after a long time. Designer Youngseo had done such an amazing full color for me last time that I came back again.

ONLY FOR YOU Hannam is in Liberty House on Hannam-daero. It is close to Gangbyeonbuk-ro, so it is easy to reach by car, and there are plenty of public-transit options too—one of the most conveniently located hair salons in Yongsan’s Hannam area. It is open until 10 p.m. every day, which seemed perfect for after work or a last-minute hair appointment.

Another advantage is the parking. With space for 250 cars and 3 hours of free parking, could there be a better setup for anyone driving?

The parking garage was clean and spacious like this. I loved that there was no shortage of spaces.

Parking is available from B1 through B3, so you can visit without worrying about where to park.

What are the waiting area and salon like?

ONLY FOR YOU Hannam is on the third floor of the building. It is right in front of the elevator, so it is easy to find. Inside, there was a waiting area, plus snacks, Wi-Fi, and sample products prepared for guests.

ONLY FOR YOU Hannam uses Milbon products. I really liked that the products they use felt trustworthy too.

The salon interior was neat too. The cleanly arranged styling stations caught my eye.

I also loved the bright natural light and the leafy Hannam-dong view.

The shampoo room had a wood interior that was easy on the eyes. There were Milbon hair products here too, along with luxurious lap blankets.

Service prices and first-visit membership

Another advantage of ONLY FOR YOU Hannam is its reasonable service prices.

The prices are genuinely affordable for a Hannam-dong hair salon, and I found it very reassuring that they maintain a policy of never compromising service quality for the price.

On top of that, the first-visit membership benefits are huge—starting with just ₩100,000 is a guaranteed win.

As last time, Designer Youngseo handled my appointment. Youngseo is so kind and meticulous, and somehow matches the color right away just by looking—I highly recommend her.

Grown-out roots and lightened color before coloring

Before coloring, I took some before photos first. It had been 3 months since my visit, so my roots had grown out a lot. The color through the lower lengths had also become a little lighter over time.

After checking the color, we got started with the dye.

First, she carefully applied a protective product along my scalp and hairline. ONLY FOR YOU Hannam does not miss even the smallest details of care.

Then she applied the dye, let it process for a while, and continued by blending the roots into the rest of my color. I was impressed all over again by Youngseo’s meticulousness: she chose the shade while accounting for how it would become slightly lighter over time.

While waiting, I had a drink for a moment. Such a thoughtful little touch with the QR ordering! Then, after a refreshing shampoo and scalp massage, she dried my hair.

She noticed that the full-color shade from my previous visit had lightened slightly, so she even did toning during the shampoo. I was touched.

And shortly after, my brown root color, finished with toning, was complete. I was told it would become just a tiny bit lighter from here with time..!

It came out smoothly blended and calm overall, right? I could really relate to the saying that you should get your color done at the same salon.
