I didn't eat the bread in the shop; I packed it up, took it home and enjoyed it properly. When my order came out neatly packaged, the tidy, appetizing look made me exclaim out loud, and I snapped photos right away.

First, as soon as I got home I portioned the meal breads (ciabatta, campagne and baguette) into easy-to-eat sizes. The amount is so generous that portioned like this, it'll keep tasting good for a few days.

It's mild but nutty the more you chew, with that savory depth that's typical of sourdough, and the chew was a work of art. It isn't intense at all and sits comfortably in the stomach, so it's perfect as a light energy snack before working out.

Snow Cheesecake with blueberries

I ate Dosan Jegwa's Snow Cheesecake as a late-night snack with some fresh blueberries I had at home, and I highly recommend this combo! At the big late-night moment, I couldn't help going "wow..."

The deep, rich cheese flavor wraps softly around your mouth, and then the blueberries burst with freshness, so it never gets heavy and you keep going back for more. The texture is dense yet melts away smoothly, a truly high-end dessert.
