Dongnae sushi and ramen for two: Moshi Moshi Sushi
In short
Moshi Moshi Sushi is a Japanese restaurant on the eighth-floor dining level of Lotte Department Store in Dongnae, Busan. My husband and I shared Set 2 with sushi and ramen plus Bigeye Tuna; it was just enough for two adults, though the wasabi may feel mild for those who prefer a stronger kick.

My husband and I ate at Moshi Moshi on the eighth-floor dining level of Lotte Department Store Dongnae Branch. With both sushi and ramen available, it was a filling meal after shopping or seeing a movie.

Where is the restaurant and how do you get there?
The address is 1393 Jungang-daero, Dongnae-gu, Busan, on the eighth floor of Lotte Department Store Dongnae Branch. I found the elevator by the clock tower closer to the restaurant than the central main entrance. Being inside the department store also made parking and convenience facilities easy to use.
The hours listed in the original post were 10:30–20:30, with last orders at 20:00. It is also closed on the department store's closing days.

Are there seats for solo diners or family gatherings?
We visited early on a weekday morning and ate at a relaxed pace. The interior was tidy and the tables were well set, so we chose a comfortable seat.

There were seats suitable for eating alone as well as tables for groups of up to six. There was also a slightly more private area farther inside. Naver reservations were available, and I thought reserving an inner seat would be convenient for visitors with children or a group of six.
How do you choose and order from the menu?
Photos of the menu at the entrance helped with choosing. There was a good mix of sets and à la carte dishes, and we ordered through the kiosk at each table.

At the time of my visit, there was an event offering two shrimp sushi pieces for participating in a Naver receipt review. Information on ingredient origins was also posted.
What were the price and portion of the sushi and ramen set for two?
Set 2, consisting of “The Better One” sushi and ramen, was ₩68,900. We also ordered the Bigeye Tuna à la carte for ₩3,000. Our meal was just the right amount for two adults.

How did the sushi and side dishes taste?
I was glad we chose “The Better One” sushi. It was full of flavor without feeling greasy or having any fishy smell. The wasabi was less spicy than I expected. I liked that, but it could be a little disappointing if you want a sharp, intense wasabi flavor.

The included vegetable salad and tofu salad also stood out. The tofu salad in particular was soft and went well with the dressing, so I had a refill.
The chashu was thinly sliced and tender. It was savory with a subtle umami flavor, so it was good on its own; with the ramen broth and noodles, it added more meatiness. It had none of the characteristic meat smell, and I was satisfied with the ramen and chashu as well as the sushi.
