I was looking for a good flower shop to gift for my mom's birthday, and I went to Kkochi Naege in Janggi-dong, Gimpo — the owner's stylish, upscale flower designs were just too pretty! From bouquets to flower baskets to wedding bouquets, the range of designs and even the wrapping were so pretty.

The inside of Kkochi Naege is full of lush, upscale flowers with a warm, welcoming feel. Soft lighting and wood-toned decor carry through the shop's mood, and the fresh scent of flowers and plants everywhere put me in a good mood.

On one side in particular were stylish, upscale bouquets made with fresh flowers in various colors, all prepped and ready — they were gorgeous just to look at. Rather than the usual bouquet feel, the design stood out for its color combinations, and I could really feel the owner's sense and skill! I thought again how glad I was I visited, and honestly, I'm super satisfied :)

Ordering a custom birthday bouquet for mom

I told the owner in advance the colors and design I wanted, and when I visited, she combined stylish, pretty flowers beautifully, bringing out each flower's own mood!

Personally, I prefer bouquets with soft, muted colors blended naturally rather than overly flashy ones, and she made it exactly to the mood I wanted. My mom also tends to like calm-toned flowers, so she really loved it!

Seeing my mom so happy made me feel proud too.. and I'm grateful to the owner for making it so pretty. Just looking at the flowers made my heart feel soft and warm, and it put me in a great mood haha.

Above all.. none of the flowers felt like they were competing with each other — they blended together naturally, and the overall mood wasn't overly flashy but still full and upscale, which matched exactly what I wanted. The more I looked, the more I loved how the colors and flowers came together.. haha
