Dog-friendly café with a grass yard in Pyoseon, Jeju: Café 7 Budu

👼🏼🐶 Hi everyone, this is Good Yeni~★ My family is on a trip around Jeju :) This time we booked a stay near Pyoseon-myeon in Seogwipo, so I was looking for a dog-friendly café — and I found this retro café that sells healthy drinks like ssanghwatang and date tea, and genuinely feels like a port, true to its name. We headed straight over!!

Café 7 Budu: parking and first impressions

Café 7 Budu is a retro ocean-view café at 17 Pyoseondangpo-ro, Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju. There's parking for about 3-4 cars right in front of the café.

The exterior looks like it's been there a while, but the interior is so cute haha. Get ready!

Can you bring a dog? The grass yard at Café 7 Budu

Café 7 Budu has a wide lawn out front, perfect for dogs to run around ♥ Our dog Bungbung sniffed around everywhere before we even went inside :))

First floor: photo spot and group tables

On the first floor of Café 7 Budu, there's a display of photos taken by customers at the café's photo zone :) It's kind of heartwarming that this is a place where they build memories together with guests like that~~

There are also group tables on the first floor, so it seems doable for a family group too!! The weather was so nice that the window itself looked like a piece of art~~

Second floor: red sofa seats with ocean views on every side

Isn't the red sofa on the second floor of Café 7 Budu so pretty with that ocean view? 🫢 Every side of the café has an ocean view! One side has lots of boats and the other faces the beach, so it's fun to take in both views

What we ordered at Café 7 Budu and what it cost

• Date tea ICE — ₩8,500
• Eobu (fisherman) ice cream — ₩7,000

Oh! I was so thirsty I ended up ordering three drinks total haha 🌟🍽️

Iced date tea, 8,500 won

A few dried date slices are on top too! It's really rich and thick, but with ice it also feels light~~

Eobu (fisherman) ice cream, 7,000 won

Even the ice cream label sticker(?) has a cute retro design haha. The cracker doesn't actually taste like squid ink~~ 🙂

Tips to know before visiting Café 7 Budu

• ★They didn't really stop us from letting the dog out of the carrier! Bungbung doesn't bark and is a calm dog, so he stayed well-behaved the whole time :) Male dogs may mark territory, so a doggy diaper is a must!!
• ★The ocean view on the second floor is so good, I'd recommend sitting there
• ★It has a retro vibe, but the second floor is all sofa seating, so it's comfortable!
