As the autumn breeze turns chilly I can feel grilled shellfish season creeping in, so today I'm writing up my visit to Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch. Isn't grilled shellfish basically the required menu for fall and winter? Once the weather cools I naturally start craving it, and while looking around Oido I found a place with a system I really liked — and it even allows dogs — so off I went!

Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch has no time limit, and it works by letting you bring 11 kinds of shellfish straight from the tank yourself, picking only what you want to grill. There are also 4 types of meat and up to 20 side dishes.

Where is it and where do you park?

Unlimited Refill Grilled Shellfish Siheung Baegot Branch is located on the 2nd floor of Building A, Central Purple, at Siheung Baegot Avenue France. Parking is available inside the building.

Inside the restaurant and the seating

Inside there are plenty of tables for 4, and groups are welcome too! They also have baby chairs.

11 kinds of shellfish in the tank and the self-service bar

The tank holds 11 kinds of shellfish: geoduck, abalone, scallop, red scallop, ark shell, rock shell, large white clam, top shell, horned turban shell, surf clam, and short-neck clam.

For meat there's pork belly, pork neck, beef brisket, and pork jowl. The self-service bar also has plenty of sides — hot dogs, hash browns, cheese sticks, pineapple, cheese, butter, rice cake, radish wraps, lettuce wraps, sausages, dragon-shaped snacks, and more.

Grill setup and everything four of us ate

The basic setup has the meat-grilling section on the left and the shellfish-grilling section on the right. Since both burners are together, it was great being able to enjoy both meat and shellfish at once.

Since everything is self-service, you bring your own side dishes and sauces to your taste. We brought geoduck, scallops, and clams. And you can't skip the cheese, of course.

For meat, beef brisket and hash browns.

We diligently grilled the shellfish too, and had abalone as well!

It would be a shame not to have the cheese + vinegar-gochujang winning combo! Dipping it in the sauce and cooking it through is pure honey.

We grilled cheese sticks and rice cake too, and ate really well!

Is the unlimited shellfish grill in Siheung Baegot worth it?

Normally grilled shellfish for 2 people costs 60,000-70,000 won, but the advantage here is that with unlimited refills you only bring what you want and grill it yourself — and I was surprised the shellfish quality was so much better than expected.

I didn't expect much since it's all-you-can-eat, but it was really good. The meat was tasty too! Next time I'll have to go back for the steamed shellfish.
