Taqueros Magok Main Branch
I'd been to this taco restaurant in Magok once before with a friend, and the moment I walked in I thought, my partner would love this — I promised myself I'd bring them next time! I happened to have errands in Magok, so I figured we'd grab a meal first and dragged my partner along in a hurry~!!!
Where is Taqueros Magok Main Branch, and where do you park?
Taqueros Magok Main Branch, a great-vibe, great-taste taco restaurant in Magok, is a 9-minute walk from Exit 9 of Hongik University Station!! (10 minutes from Balsan Station!!!)
It's very accessible being close to the station, and easy to spot since it's right on the main road!!

How quiet is Taqueros in the afternoon, between mealtimes?
Stepping inside, since we came after the weekday mealtime rush, there were barely any customers and it felt almost like we'd rented the whole place — so nice!! (Last time I came it was fully packed with a waiting line ㅠㅠ)
It's amazing how much of a difference the presence or absence of other people can make — it felt like a completely different atmosphere from last time. If you're reading this and planning to visit, I highly recommend avoiding mealtime hours!!
We had made a reservation just in case, so they had the plates all set up for us in advance:)

They're savory and crunchy even on their own, but dipped in the cheese sauce that comes with them, they're even more savory — would make a great side for drinks too!!

Chicken taco and fish taco in the couple set
The Taqueros Signature Couple Set for ₩56,000 comes with a choice of fajita or ribs, plus 2 tacos as the signature combo!!!
The 2 tacos are a chicken taco and a fish taco!! They give you hygiene gloves so you can eat them comfortably like this:)
I had the chicken and my partner had the fish — every ingredient was crispy and fresh and delicious, and it suited each of our tastes so well that we both really enjoyed it:) haha
The 6,800 won rib upgrade: tender enough for the knife to slide through
Between fajita or ribs, we added ₩6,800 to choose the ribs!!
These are ribs rubbed with Taqueros' own handmade rub, slow-cooked at a low temperature, then brushed with barbecue sauce and grilled!!
These ribs are honestly the whole reason I wanted to bring my partner to Taqueros — they're so incredibly tender and delicious!?
My partner was impressed even before taking a bite, saying it was the first time they'd ever cut ribs this smoothly with a knife!! After tasting it, they said it was even more tender and savory, with the seasoning soaked in all the way through rather than just on the surface — and ate it up happily!! So proud
There are also wedge fries laid out underneath the ribs — eaten together with the sauce, they're even more delicious, and would make a great side for drinks too!!
