I'd been craving a special handmade burger near Jamsil, so I went looking for a place I'd heard about by word of mouth, haha.

Thanks to the distinctive meat texture, the crispy wings, and the refillable zero-sugar cola, I left feeling pleasantly full and happy!

Daily Fix Jangmi Sangga (데일리픽스 장미상가) is located at 112 Olympic-ro 35-gil, Jangmi Sangga Building B, B1 Unit 13, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It's open Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 22:00, and closed every Saturday and Sunday.

It's near Jamsil Station subway exit or Jamdong Elementary School — once you head down to the basement of Jangmi Sangga Building B, you'll spot the yellow sign right away!

What we ordered: pastrami sandwich set and chicken wings

At Daily Fix Jangmi Sangga, I added the Swiss cheese option to the pastrami sandwich and built it into the 18 Fries and zero cola set. I also ordered chicken wings as a great side to go with it.

After finding an empty table, I placed my order through the handy tag-based system installed at the table, haha. After some deliberation, I went with the pastrami sandwich topped with smoked meat.

After a short wait, the drink and the freshly fried mains arrived neatly laid out on the table, haha.

First, the pastrami sandwich caught my eye with its look — thick layers of hand-pulled smoked meat piled between chewy ciabatta-style bread.

The added Swiss cheese melted softly between the layers of meat, boosting the savoriness. On the first bite, the salty smokiness of the meat, the tangy cabbage pickle, and the cheese all came together in harmony, haha. The bread was crisp and light too, so chewing through it alongside the meat felt really satisfying.

18 Fries: fries cut 18mm thick

The 18 Fries that came with the set were noticeably thicker than typical fries at 18mm, so the fluffy potato texture really came through.

Crispy outside and soft inside, they were great dipped lightly in ketchup and paired well as a side with the sandwich, haha.

Next came the chicken wings, fried to a golden brown with an appetizing smell.

The batter was clean and crispy on the outside, with moist chicken meat inside — it was fun picking them up and tearing into them by hand, haha.

They were seasoned nicely salty, perfect for alternating bites with the drink.

What I loved most about Daily Fix Jangmi Sangga was that the cola included with the set was refillable, so I could keep my glass filled with something cool and clean throughout the meal without it feeling heavy, haha.

The flavor made it easy to understand why they placed 2nd at the Korea Burger Championship at a food event!

I could also see firsthand why this place has been talked up among burger enthusiasts as one of the three best burger spots in Gangnam.

Walking into Daily Fix Jangmi Sangga, the wood interior combined with yellow accent lighting gives a clean, comfortable feel. There are 2-seat and 4-seat tables, as well as bar seating that's great for eating alone.

The seating layout is spacious enough to suit solo diners as well as friends or couples coming to enjoy a handmade burger. It seems like a great match for anyone looking for a distinctive dining spot within the Rose Mall basement shopping area.

Between the clean space and the friendly service, I was able to enjoy a relaxed meal from start to finish. It's also conveniently accessible for a hamburger stop near Olympic Park or Lotte World during an outing.
