A baked-goods bakery café near Gongdeok Station

I visited Fluffy Bake Shop, a well-known dessert spot near Gongdeok Station. The buttery aroma hit me right at the entrance, and the salt bread, egg tarts, and madeleines were all so delicious. It is somewhere I’d love to recommend when you are looking for great desserts around Gongdeok Station.

Fluffy Bake Shop is very close to Gongdeok Station on Lines 5 and 6. It is also near the subway and bus stops, and free parking is available in the Gongdeok SK Leaders View apartment shopping level, so it was incredibly convenient.

This bakery café makes its own baked treats and salt bread, and it also has a café area where you can eat in. It is just right when you want delicious dessert and coffee.

It is open from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday, and from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)!

The interior was very neat in white and wood tones. Most customers were getting takeaway, so I also loved how quiet the café was inside.

They even thoughtfully had a baby chair. It is also really nice for a café visit with a child near Gongdeok Station!

From salt bread to egg tarts

My heart was racing! There was a wall of baked goods including canelés, salt bread, madeleines, and egg tarts, and the buttery smell throughout the shop was amazing. It is famous for desserts, but it has coffee too, so let me introduce the café menu first~

Along with basic coffee, there were lots of non-coffee choices too, including cream lattes, peanut lattes, vanilla milk, and peanut milk.

Fluffy Bake Shop says it makes its desserts with AOP-grade Lescure butter! Maybe that is why they tasted even more delicious and flavorful. I think butter is so important in baked goods such as financiers, madeleines, and canelés, so using good butter made me trust them even more!

A box packed with all kinds of snacks

I picked out salt bread, egg tarts, and a variety of madeleines. I packed Nutella, lemon, yellow cheese, and blue cheese madeleines, plus an egg tart and salt bread!

One great thing about Fluffy Bake Shop is that it offers box packaging like this! It is wonderful for giving baked treats as gifts, too. Perfect for thank-you gifts, group snacks, or group presents~

This is how satisfyingly I packed up my snacks. Ta-da, this look just warms the heart! The baked treats were not small either, which I liked even more. The blue cheese, yellow cheese, and Nutella madeleines were all delicious, and the salt bread was so crisp ㅠㅠ with a moist, tasty center.

The egg tart was also such a wonderfully crisp and moist Portuguese-style egg tart, so there was not a single thing I would leave out—everything was delicious! I want to eat them again! Stop by when you are looking for a dessert café or a great dessert spot near Gongdeok Station.
