My family loves pork cutlet, so this time we went looking for a Magok Station pork cutlet restaurant and ended up at Tteudon Magok Branch. We went in the evening, and even from outside the building the Tteudon sign stood out clearly.

I walked in thinking this was just a pork cutlet place. But walking out, I only had one thought: "This is a pork cutlet restaurant, right? So why is there so much to eat?" Haha.

Tteudon Magok Branch hours and the weekday lunch discount
Tteudon Magok Branch runs a weekday lunch event giving ₩1,000 off pork cutlet menu items. The weekday lunch discount sign caught my eye right from the entrance!
The photo showed 10:00–14:00, but the store's operating hours sign near the entrance listed 10:30 as opening time, so if you plan to use the lunch discount, it's worth double-checking the exact window before you visit.

The entrance was clean and easy to spot at a glance. When I visited, the store's posted hours were OPEN 10:30 / LAST ORDER 20:30 / CLOSE 21:00.
The address is 194 Gonghang-daero, Munyoung Queens Park 12-cha 2F, Units 216-218, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. The store was much bigger and cleaner than I expected!

Inside Tteudon Magok Branch: seating and the kids room
The interior at Tteudon Magok Branch is built around white and black tones, giving it a clean overall feel. The tables aren't cramped and the space is fairly large, so it seemed fine for a family meal or a bigger group. The phrase "My Healing Place" written on the wall quietly matched the store's mood.
There's also a KIDS ROOM off to one side. When you're eating out with a child, a space like this matters just as much as the food. Something worth noting if you're visiting with kids.
Tteudon Magok Branch menu and what three of us ordered (38,700 won)
Tteudon Magok Branch's menu is much more varied than I expected. Looking at the kiosk, I paused for a moment to think.

I figured picking a pork cutlet would be enough, but there's also pasta, rice bowls, udon and even buckwheat noodles.
What we ordered that day:
- Tteudon pork cutlet ₩12,900
- Tteudon sweet potato cheese cutlet ₩14,900
- Tomato pasta ₩10,900
- Total ₩38,700
Two kinds of pork cutlet plus one pasta — a solid combo for three people to share. But that wasn't the end of it... enter the self bar!

The self bar at Tteudon Magok Branch: soup, tteokbokki and morning bread
After ordering, I looked around and spotted a good-sized SELF BAR on one side. I expected maybe a few side dishes, but the lineup was surprisingly full.

First, soup! It was kept warm and ready, and having a bowl before the cutlets arrived gave me a little bit of that old-school Western-style diner feeling.

And here's what surprised me a little — there's tteokbokki (rice cakes in spicy sauce)?
When you come for pork cutlet and there's tteokbokki too, it's hard to just walk past. The red tteokbokki with rice cakes and fish cakes was kept warm at the self bar.

Morning bread and strawberry jam were also there. Between the soup, bread and jam, I started thinking I shouldn't fill up too much before the cutlets even arrived.

Side dishes like pickled radish, pickles and kkakdugi (radish kimchi) are also available in whatever amount you need. Just take a little at a time!

In the end, our table filled up with soup, tteokbokki and morning bread — and the main dishes hadn't even arrived yet. Haha.
The main dishes arrive at the table

Once everything came out together, the table looked quite full. Seeing all three dishes we'd ordered laid out in one shot, I understood right away why people looking for a Magok Station pork cutlet restaurant keep coming back here. Ordering different dishes to share was far more fun than just sticking to one pork cutlet.
Tteudon pork cutlet, 12,900 won: how does the basic cutlet taste?

The Tteudon pork cutlet comes with plenty of sauce on top, plus rice, salad and corn salad. The breading was golden brown and the whole plate felt generous.
I cut off a piece to check the cross-section too. As you can see in the photo, the meat isn't too thin — it has real thickness. A pork cutlet really has to show its inside, not just look good on the outside.
Sweet potato cheese cutlet, 14,900 won: the cheese pull of the day

And here's the dish that grabbed all the attention the moment it arrived. The Tteudon sweet potato cheese cutlet! Bright yellow sweet potato is piled generously on top of the cutlet — not just a light garnish, but a proper "I am the sweet potato!" statement piece.

I cut through the middle with a fork and knife... and white cheese slowly started peeking out from inside. That's when my photo-taking hand got busy.
The cheese hiding under the sweet potato started showing itself. And when I lifted it up... it stretched, and stretched, and stretched — to the point where the cheese seemed unwilling to let the cutlet go.

With the cheese stretching that far, there was no way I wasn't going to photograph it. It's a dish where you get sweet potato, cheese and pork cutlet all in one bite, so anyone who loves sweet potato cheese cutlet will probably be especially drawn to this one.
Tomato pasta, 10,900 won

Not ordering three pork cutlets and adding a pasta instead was a good call. There's plenty of tomato sauce, and the noodles come with ham, mushrooms and broccoli mixed in, so it looks quite hearty too.
I twirled up the noodles for a bite! The red tomato sauce clung to the noodles nicely, so the photos turned out pretty too. A bite of cutlet, a bite of pasta, back to the cutlet... this combo kept pulling me back in.
What stood out most at Tteudon Magok Branch
I originally just went looking for a Magok Station pork cutlet restaurant, but once I got there, I found not only a variety of pork cutlets but also plenty of choices like pasta and rice bowls. What impressed me most was the self bar with soup, tteokbokki, morning bread and several side dishes.
The store is spacious and clean, and with a kids room too, it's worth keeping in mind if you're looking for a family dining spot. But above all, the stretchy cheese visual on the sweet potato cheese cutlet stole the show that day. If you like pork cutlet, cheese and sweet potato, you get all three at once here.
If you're near Magok and craving pork cutlet, and want to order a few different dishes to share a hearty meal, this place is worth considering.
