This is just the place to go when you are craving sushi. Along with a generous selection of rolls and sushi, you can enjoy plenty of hot dishes and desserts, so it is great for a family gathering too! I went on a weekday evening with my child. With sushi and so many other choices, it was a good meal for both adults and kids.

Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch basics and parking
It is on the 6th floor at 14 Sanggye-ro 1-gil, Nowon-gu, Seoul, about a three-minute walk from Exit 9 of Nowon Station. Hours are daily from 11:00 to 22:00, and there is parking as well as a playroom.
You can use the building's underground parking lot. Register your parking after paying for your meal, and you can exit free of charge within two hours.
A spacious restaurant with separate food and dining areas
The restaurant was quite large. I liked that the food area and dining area were separate. It can be inconvenient when tables are in the food area because people are constantly walking past, but the separate spaces made it nice.

After being shown to our table, I set off to explore the menu in earnest. It was my first time visiting for dinner, and there really were more menu items in the evening.

Weekday dinner sushi and rolls
The sushi lineup was seriously substantial, with salmon, flounder, raw shrimp, tuna, whelk, scallop, and tteokgalbi (grilled minced beef patty) sushi. There were also plenty of fusion rolls for people who do not eat sushi, including tako wasabi gunkan, yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) gunkan, and cheese rolls.

There was eel sushi too. There was cheese beef sushi, and yukhoe sushi as well.

There was whelk sushi too, with a great texture and a nice sweetness.

There were lots of different salmon and shrimp options.

Egg-and-shrimp sushi is my favorite! The egg and shrimp go so well together, and the sauce suited it nicely, so I had several pieces.
There were more varieties of sashimi on the weekday dinner menu. If you love sashimi, I recommend visiting in the evening. There was yellowtail sashimi and tuna belly too.

There was soy-marinated raw crab, cockle bibimbap, and mulhoe (spicy chilled raw-fish soup). The mulhoe broth seasoning was especially delicious! You really have to try the mulhoe. And there was fresh salmon sashimi too! The color alone made me reach for that fresh salmon~ You can try it on weekday evenings.

Hot dishes and salad bar beyond sushi
There were lots of hot dishes, including guobaorou (Chinese-style sweet-and-sour pork), chili shrimp, cream shrimp, and pasta. There were oyster dishes, LA galbi, and ribs too.

It was a good place to visit even if you do not like sushi. There were so many choices beyond sushi. There was smoked duck and even lamb chops. It was my first time seeing lamb chops here, and apparently they are available all day!

There was cream pasta, oil pasta, pizza, and cheese sticks too.

There was pumpkin porridge and seolleongtang (milky ox-bone soup) too.

There was such a variety of dishes, all the way to mala shrimp and dongpo pork.

With both Japanese and Korean food covered, this was a great spot in Nowon for a family gathering. Everyone could eat according to their own taste.

Desserts and drinks, from waffles to bingsu
You could finish with the full course: made-to-order waffles, fruit, snowflake bingsu (shaved ice), Dippin' Dots, gelato, rice cakes, mini cakes, jelly, a variety of herbal teas, and coffee.

With so many different foods together, the child was happy and Mom and Dad could happily enjoy their meal too.

The sushi had a small amount of rice and generously sized toppings, which made it really satisfying to eat.

The restaurant is very spacious, so it is nice for family gatherings or coming with friends or a partner. I also liked how quickly the food was replenished, so the sushi was refilled right away without sitting empty. It would be a good place to visit when you want to enjoy a wide variety of food until you are full at a good value.
