With my mom's birthday coming up, I thought I should get a bouquet ready, but life was so hectic that before I knew it, it was the day before her birthdayㅠㅠ It would have been nice to prepare earlier, but I suddenly found myself looking up bouquets in Dongtan, and that is how I found Jeongjik Farm Flower (정직팜플라워). It is a flower shop with 24-hour self-service pickup!

Since I was urgently booking a bouquet the day before Mom's birthday, I worried there might not be any pretty flowers left. Choosing the colors and flower varieties myself felt a little difficult, so I asked for a pretty overall feel—and I ended up loving it! (My mom is in charge of flower arrangements for her church altar, so her standards for flowers are high ㅜ) There are so many pretty flowers when you look at them one by one, but when it comes to combining several flowers, I never know what goes well together.

They made it beautiful with a combination I never could have thought of on my own—professionals really are different...

They said a florist with 19 years of experience puts the flowers together, and the combinations really did look much more natural and beautiful! Haha. When booking, you also enter the recipient's age range, and I think the owner uses that as a reference. The color palette and mix of flowers were lovely too.

The overall color palette is what matters most to me when choosing a bouquet. For Mom's birthday, I wanted something polished but bright, rather than something that felt too youthful. Several kinds of flowers came together naturally, making the bouquet look full and beautiful overall.

It was not just the bouquet that was prepared—they also had cards that I could pick up with it. Since it was Mom's birthday, I thought it would be nicer to include even a short handwritten note rather than give her flowers alone, so I loved being able to write a birthday message on a card and prepare it with the bouquet haha.

Being able to pick it up myself in the evening after work was so nice, and this was the most convenient part of my visit! You do not have to reserve flowers, visit in person, and wait; you simply find your reserved flowers and take them straight away. It was much simpler and more convenient than I expected—good. I think it would be especially convenient for people like me whose finishing time at work is unpredictable, or who find it hard to visit a flower shop during the day.
