Add Swiss cheese for extra nuttiness! Crisp, pleasantly sharp onion and fresh tomato balance out those hearty flavors. It had been ages since I found this kind of balance! Delicious right through to the last bite, without getting tired of it!

At some point, I started to suspect—not really suspect—that a milkshake might be the ultimate match for handmade burgers. So, of course, I ordered one. I dipped the salty fries right in. The fries were crisp outside and moist inside, already delicious alone, but with ketchup and dipping sauce too? Just a honey-sweet combo!
