Looking for frozen pork belly with refillable minari in Munjeong-dong?

I was wondering what to have for dinner when I found this great Munjeong-dong spot! Since minari (water dropwort) comes with unlimited refills here, it felt like a healthy meal!! I refilled mine three times. It was so fragrant once grilled~ I highly recommend it to anyone who loves minari!

It is on the first floor, and there are lots of seats further inside, so groups can come too~

Every table is set with a plastic cover! You can sit wherever you like~~

The vibe felt more like a pub than a typical barbecue place, which I think made it even better~!!

Grill flower pork belly crisp and eat it with scallion salad

This was the basic setup that came with the meat!! With frozen pork belly, it is always fun to watch it turn golden on the grill, haha. It is thinly sliced, so it cooks quickly, and grilling it crispy really brings out its savory flavor!!

I ordered the flower pork belly, and I recommend it!!!! There was no odor at all, and it was so delicious.

The side dishes are not self-serve—you just ask a staff member, which was so convenient! Even the kimchi was perfectly seasoned and really tasty!!

You grill the meat yourself, but since it is frozen pork belly, it cooks quickly, haha. I loved that we could start eating right away!!!

You can just diligently grill it yourself, and it was so good.

Personally, I like my frozen pork belly a little extra crisp, so I worked hard at grilling it until it was golden~~ Since the meat is thin, I kept eating it without feeling weighed down, and it was delicious wrapped in ssam (leaf wraps) with all sorts of things. It also went perfectly with scallion salad, and even eating just the meat with a little salt was delicious, haha.

And frozen pork belly restaurants somehow have such a relaxed atmosphere, so I think they are great for a casual meal with friends or for stopping by for a bottle of soju in the evening. When you are chatting away over meat, time flies, and the meat disappears from the grill just as quickly, haha. Frozen pork belly really is fun to eat one piece at a time with all kinds of side dishes. There is pepper at every table, so add it to your taste!

The steamed egg and soybean paste stew we ordered extra!! The steamed egg was generously portioned for the price, which was great!!

It was great that we could just eat at our own pace~~ I should have had fried rice at the end too, but I was planning to go for a second round, so I skipped itㅠㅠ Still, finishing up after the meat left me feeling like I had properly eaten a filling meal~~ Overall, it was an easy, comfortable place to eat, and I think it would be fine to drop by whenever I am craving frozen pork belly!!

Frozen pork belly tastes best grilled nice and crisp like this, haha. Maybe because it is thin, I just kept picking at it~~ It was delicious wrapped in ssam, and delicious simply dipped in a little salt too :) Before I knew it, the grill was getting empty, haha.

Why I recommend pork belly over kkodeulsal

They had kkodeulsal, so I ordered it, but personally, when eating thin-sliced meat, I think pork belly tastes better. I recommend the pork belly~~
