Ice cream café for a Seoul Forest walk: chocolate latte to go, Mellows

We were out near Seoul Forest and wanted something sweet, so we headed to Mellows~ It's close to Ttukseom Station too, so it's an easy stop after a Seoul Forest outing~ The mood is cozy and aesthetic, so I think people hunting for a Seongsu-style café will like it~ The ice cream was so good that I'd recommend Mellows as a Ttukseom Station dessert spot! Okay, let's go eat some dessert~~

Where is Mellows near Ttukseom Station, and what are its hours?

Mellows is at 1st floor, 7 Wangsimni-ro 10-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, about 162 m (a 3-minute walk) from Ttukseom Station Exit 7. Hours are 07:00–01:00, closed on Sundays, with last order listed as 21:30, and there is a waiting area.

We got off at Seoul Forest Station and walked toward Seongsu, and ran into this aesthetic café, Mellows~ so we turned right in~ Isn't it so pretty even without a proper sign~~~ Kind of a New York vibe? Simple but with real character!!

What are the indoor and outdoor seats like at Mellows?

The menu at Mellows is mainly coffee and soft serve ice cream. They say they use special premium beans, so we went in to try the americano and have some sweet ice cream too~~~

The indoor seating is simple~ The space isn't big~~ but with the outdoor seats, it gives off a bit of a foreign feel, don't you think?

For the outdoor space at Mellows, to the left of the entrance there's an area with a parasol for shade~ and to the right there are simple little tables and chairs~~~

How do Mellows' peach and strawberry fruit ice creams taste?

Today's highlight is the Mellows fruit ice cream~ We ordered peach and strawberry~ haha The color and shape are totally my taste!! So adorable I almost didn't want to eat it~

And this is the real shot~~~ The ice cream is frozen, but it blends well with the rich, true milk flavor~~~ so tasty~~~ And I loved the Mellows logo on the cup~~~ a simple design that still catches the eye~~~

The ice cream was so good that we said we'd come back with the kids next time~~~ If you love ice cream or come with kids, definitely stop by and try it~

Mellows americano and chocolate latte: good to take on a walk?

For drinks we got coffee and chocolate latte~~~ an iced americano for me, a chocolate latte for my husband~~~~ haha The Mellows americano has no sourness and a nutty flavor, just my taste~~~ I'm a big coffee person, and I enjoyed it a lot~

Oh, and so we could carry them, they put the drinks in takeaway containers~~~ so we sipped them on the way to Seongsu-dong~~~

There's a separate spot on top for the straw, so nothing spilled while we walked, which was nice~

We finished off the ice cream~~~ and drank the drinks as we walked!!!!

The Mellows cup is so pretty that I'm tossing in another empty one~

Another wise choice today!!! It's Sangha Farm ice cream, so the taste is guaranteed!!! There are lots of toppings and types, so it would be good to drop by with kids too~ And with good beans, the coffee is guaranteed too, so do stop by~
