What is Figure Museum Jeju like as an indoor attraction with kids?

Figure Museum Jeju is an indoor figure exhibition hall at 243 Hanchang-ro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju. Today I want to recommend Figure Museum Jeju as a place to go with kids in Jeju. My kid got into Marvel characters through Disney kids' cartoons featuring Iron Man and Spidey. After that, they saw the pamphlet for this place and begged to be taken, so I made time and we went.

Once we got there, the figure quality was way better than I expected, so if you like Marvel, you really should go. Let's start the review!

Figure Museum Jeju hours and admission prices

• Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (last admission 5:30 PM)
• Admission: Adults ₩14,000 / Middle-high school ₩12,000 / 24 months-elementary (ages 2-11) ₩10,000 / Under 24 months free

We parked in the lot and found our way to the Figure Museum entrance.

After paying admission, they put a wristband on you. You need to keep it on until you enter the annex outside the building.

The Doctor Strange necklace prop photo at the entrance

Right as you walk into Figure Museum Jeju, there's a Doctor Strange figure. In front of it, I saw a foreign visitor wearing the Doctor Strange necklace and taking a photo, and I thought, wow, what a huge fan, wearing the necklace and everything! Turns out it was just a prop there haha. So I put it on too and took a photo.

Ta-da! Here I am wearing the Doctor Strange necklace, taking a photo with my kid. The characters up front weren't ones my kid knew yet, so to keep them interested we hurried inside to find Spider-Man.

Spider-Man, Hulk and Iron Man: inside the Marvel zone

A bit further in, there's my kid's favorite, Spider-Man! And Electro too! He's a bit different in the cartoons, but Electro does appear in the Spidey show.

These are Spider-Man figures in various poses. Even up close, they looked amazing.

Mom and dad liked this even more than the kid did haha.

There was recent news about Zendaya and Tom's engagement!

And Hulk, which my kid loves! The detail is no joke.

There's also Sandman. I think Sandman showed up in the Iron Man cartoon too.

There's an Iron Man and Spider-Man two-shot too.

This time it's Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America.

My kid loves Iron Man so I bought them an Iron Man Lego set, and this figure looked just like it.

Wow, the suit looks really cool. I wish I had one myself haha.

Life-size figures and the Loki display

There were life-size figures too.

My kid recognized Rhino right away. Rhino shows up in the Iron Man cartoon too.

Whenever I see Loki I just have to laugh haha. My kid likes the Iron Man cartoon, but Loki hasn't shown up in it yet, so my kid doesn't know who he is. But the Iron Man Lego set I bought randomly included a Loki figure, so Loki's been getting the cold shoulder. He keeps turning up hidden in random corners — my kid keeps stashing him away haha.

Here's Hulk, who my kid loves. This figure was massive, like it almost touched the ceiling. Hulk smash!! Hulk thunder clap!!

At Figure Museum Jeju you can also try on masks. That mask even lit up.

There are Hulk fists too.

There are shields and weapons too.

You have to wear and use them carefully.

The Iron Man suits were lined up in order, starting from the earliest model.

Joker, Batman and Groot: more than Marvel at Figure Museum Jeju

Oh, here's the Joker, who my husband really loves.

A life-size Joker. So cool!

There's Aquaman and Batman too.

There was a life-size Batman and car as well.

Groot figures, which I love so much!

Ugh, so cute. I don't know what I would have done if I'd missed this haha.

I really love Guardians of the Galaxy and have watched it several times.

And wait — there was even a Game of Thrones figure and throne! I watched that one all the way from Season 1 to the end too. Such an amazing show back then... are there any shows worth watching like that these days?

On the way out, my kid tried some Kung Fu Panda moves with dad.

My kid wanted to wear the duck hat with mom and take a photo with the duck, so we did. After looking at everything, we left the main building and headed to the annex.

The annex: Mazinga Z, Robot Taekwon V, Astro Boy and Pokemon

The Figure Museum Jeju annex is full of nostalgic characters. There's Mazinga Z.

Taekwon V is there too — my mom said she watched this with my uncle when she was little!

And Astro Boy. I had an Astro Boy video at home when I was a kid! The annex was full of these nostalgic characters.

Pokémon friends are here too.

My kid and I even shook a Poké Ball.

Is Figure Museum Jeju worth a visit? Final thoughts

My kid was the one who wanted to come, but honestly my husband and I ended up liking it even more! If you're looking for things to do in Jeju Island, I really recommend Figure Museum Jeju. Especially if you love Marvel characters, you should definitely stop by!
