My husband and I visited Hotel Kukdo Patio (호텔국도 파티오) in Euljiro 4-ga for a more relaxed lunch. At the time of our visit, lunch was ₩29,800 and included both the buffet and a main dish.

Where is Hotel Kukdo Patio, and is parking available?
It is near Euljiro 4-ga Station, so it is easy to reach by public transportation. It rained on the day we went, and having parking in the building and valet service was convenient.

When you go up to the hotel's second floor, the restaurant is opposite the lobby. Even on our first visit, we found it without difficulty.
What is included in the ₩29,800 lunch?
At the time of our visit, the hotel buffet lunch was ₩29,800. I liked that, for under ₩30,000, we could have both buffet dishes and a main dish.

For the main dish, we could choose between flat iron steak and seafood tomato pasta. We chose the flat iron steak.
What dishes are on the Asian buffet?
The buffet focused on Asian dishes. There were several options, including grilled eel and chicken karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken).

There was also stir-fried abalone and shrimp, along with stir-fried udon noodles.

Salad and fruit were available too. It was not the kind of buffet with a huge number of dishes, but it was nice for choosing what we wanted and tasting small portions.

We also took a little of this and that and shared it. I wished I could eat more than I was able to, because I wanted to try more.
How was the flat iron steak we chose as our main?
The main dish was brought directly to our table. The flat iron steak that arrived shortly afterward looked good too.

The meat cut easily and was tender, and it tasted good with the gravy. I was satisfied with having steak alongside the buffet dishes.

What drinks are available with the meal?
I noticed that iced matcha and sake were available. The matcha I had was unsweetened and pleasantly bitter, with a fairly strong flavor.

There was also coffee, tea, and juice. After finishing our meal, we made sure to have dessert as well.

Is it a good setting for a relaxed lunch for two?
The interior was more spacious than I expected and neatly arranged. The large windows made the whole room bright and not at all stuffy. We were lucky to sit by the window and took our time eating while we talked.

It was a decent place for my husband and me to make a lunch date. The buffet did not have a large selection, but we spent a relaxed time sampling a little of several dishes and having a main dish too.
