I saved a bit on food budget today, but ended up spending more on the extras than the main meal itself. Still, top satisfaction! I recommended it to friends too. If you're doing a wedding-invitation gathering or a blind date near Gangnam Station, this place is pretty solid — worth checking out!
Where is Brivit Gangnam Station, and what are its hours?
Brivit Gangnam Station sits between Sinnonhyeon Station and Gangnam Station, close by if you head up from Gangnam Station CGV. It's open daily 11:30–21:15, with last order at 20:30. The inside is bigger than it looks from outside, with plenty of seats, everything clean, and the staff were friendly.
There's terrace seating too, and Naver reservations are available, so if you're going for a blind date, wedding-invitation gathering, or group meetup, book ahead! (Reservation link is on the map — no benefit to me for mentioning it.)

The exterior is pretty too, so I had high expectations before even going in — and I'll say upfront, the value for money is great. I don't think I've seen many pasta places near Gangnam Station on this level.

Which seats suit a blind date: two-tops, terrace or counter?
The two-person tables at Brivit Gangnam Station weren't too small, which made eating comfortable. Some places set absurdly tiny tables like they expect two people to share one plate — but here, the table size was satisfying too!

Look how pretty the wet wipe packaging is.. I heard there's also a branch in Seongsu, so it seems like that Seongsu hot-spot vibe has made its way to Gangnam..

There are also solo-friendly counter seats. But when I visited (weekday evening) there was a wait, so even these seats were all taken by people with company! If you're a Gangnam office worker, it might be a good spot for solo lunch though!

This inner terrace seating is honestly perfect in this kind of weather.. everyone seemed to have arrived early to claim a spot. So if you're going for an important occasion (blind date, wedding-invitation gathering), definitely reserve ahead! And leave a note about it!!

How much do dishes and highballs cost at Brivit Gangnam Station?
I only took photos of the drinks and highball menu. Most of Brivit Gangnam Station's main dishes sit in the upper ₩10,000s, with only the steak in the upper ₩30,000s. Highballs are ₩8,900 a glass, so if your gathering is centered around drinking, I'd skip it — but for a meal-focused meetup, it's recommended!

Green onion cream corn gnocchi, 18,900 won
The green onion cream corn gnocchi is ₩18,900. Ah, this was delicious. I'm usually skeptical of gnocchi at restaurants in Gangnam, but this one satisfied me! The cream was so good I scraped the plate clean. Not too greasy, with a savory, nutty cream.

Only thing was, the corn topping was a bit cold, which made me wonder, 'was this corn pre-torched ahead of time?' Other than that, the bacon chips and Grana Padano cheese matched really well and tasted great.
Brivit signature steak, 37,900 won, and the tableside cheese performance
The Brivit signature steak is ₩37,900. That brown lump up front is bread — super crispy with a hollow-ish inside. Not like plain sliced bread, kind of unusual, but it went well with the sauce.

And since this is the signature menu item at Brivit, a well-known restaurant near Gangnam Station, they shave the cheese over it right at the table!

This was so fun and so tasty!!! The cheese was mixed with cream or something so it didn't harden easily, staying soft and nutty, which paired well with the meat. Honestly I didn't expect much from the steak compared to the gnocchi or pasta dishes, but the sides were all really well put together too — great value.

Oh, and the meat came pre-sliced, so it was easy to eat. Each piece was a bit big, so cutting it further on my own plate was just right. I thought the portion might be a bit small, but by the time I finished I was actually really full — 'wow, this filled me up more than expected!'

That red stuff underneath the meat is a sauce with a fresh, almost fruity or wine-like flavor. It cut through the richness of the cheese so well that even paired with the cream gnocchi, the combination worked out fine. Good Western food is rare among the restaurants near Sinnonhyeon, so it felt great to finally find somewhere tasty with a nice atmosphere too — I left in a good mood.
