Sokcho seafood takeout for a hotel meal: Yes Susan
In short
Yes Susan is a red snow crab and king crab takeout shop on the first floor of Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market in Sokcho. While traveling in Sokcho with my baby, we stopped by Central Market. There were plenty of options for the adults, but I had to decide what to get for my baby. Since my baby usually enjoys crab, I picked up a red snow crab lunchbox and fried rice from Yes Susan (예스수산).

Where is Yes Susan, and how does parking work?
Yes Susan is in Unit 124 on the first floor of Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market, commonly called Central Market. From the underground parking entrance, I went toward the shops on the left; it was behind the rest area, so it was not hard to find.
The information said parking tickets are provided when using the Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market public parking lot or the Central Market underground parking lot. The hours listed in the original post are 10:30–20:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays through Sundays; it is closed on Tuesdays.

How are the red snow crab lunchbox and fried rice packed?
Yes Susan prepares and packs red snow crab and king crab so they are easy to eat. I was told accommodation delivery was also available, but we chose our food in person and took it with us.

Because this was food for my baby, I looked carefully at how it was packed. The red snow crab lunchbox was neatly arranged, and I felt the price was reasonable too.

The crab also looked to be in good condition, and the crab shells were wrapped in plastic beforehand. I chose the red snow crab lunchbox first.

I could also choose the fried rice beside it. We decided to have fried rice with the red snow crab lunchbox.

They neatly packed our selections in an insulated bag.

How was the prepared red snow crab for eating with a baby at our accommodation?
We arrived at our accommodation late and were very hungry. We brought three red snow crabs, prepared with the legs and bodies separated. It was easier to leisurely pick out the meat for my baby at the accommodation than to care for my baby while eating at a restaurant.

The legs were full of meat, and the meat came out easily. I worried it might be too salty, but the seasoning was just right for me.

When I picked out the meat with chopsticks, my baby took it and ate it right away. My baby usually enjoys blue crab too, and ate the red snow crab well that day.

Later, my baby even held and ate it independently.

The crab innards did not taste fishy and felt rich. I ate some with the spoon included, then mixed some into the fried rice.

Was the flying-fish-roe fried rice enough for a full meal?
The flying-fish-roe fried rice was more substantial than I expected. The rice had been firmly packed into the crab shells. Eating only the red snow crab might have felt a little incomplete, but with the fried rice, it was enough for a full meal.

The fried rice had a crab aroma and was not salty for my taste. It tasted nuttier after I warmed it in the microwave and ate it hot. My baby ate the fried rice well too.

The most convenient part of this meal was being able to eat the prepared red snow crab and fried rice leisurely at our accommodation. Taking it out suited our family well because we needed to care for our baby while eating.
