Cheonan café with mango sorbet and Andamiro Choco soufflé: Andamiro

This time I visited Andamiro Pancake Cheonan in Sinbu-dong! Here's my fresh review from today~~ It was a much bigger and more comfortable space than I expected, great for relaxing, and the fluffy warm pancakes were so good I left completely satisfied haha!

Where is Andamiro Pancake Cheonan? Second floor on Meokgeori 4-gil

Andamiro Pancake Cheonan is located on the 2nd floor. There's a sign with a pancake illustration up near the top of the building, but it's not super eye-catching on your first visit, so I'd recommend following a map to find it haha

There were pancake photos on the wall along the stairs going up, and even climbing the stairs already gave off this atmospheric feeling that the desserts would be good haha. Just from the photos alone, doesn't it already look delicious?!😖😖

How long is the wait for a soufflé pancake at Andamiro Pancake?

The soufflé pancake at Andamiro Pancake Cheonan is made fresh after you order, so they say it takes about 20-30 minutes. Walking into the store, you first see the order desk and kitchen. For a soufflé this fluffy and delicious, that wait was completely worth it haha

Inside Andamiro Pancake Cheonan: window seats and a busking zone view

The inside of Andamiro Pancake Cheonan was really spacious and comfortable, way more than I expected. It had a white tone with wood accents, giving it a clean yet warm atmosphere, and there were plenty of window seats to sit at leisurely. There's also a busking zone right out front, so it seemed like it'd be nice to relax and watch some busking in the evening or at night haha. Overall it had a quiet, moody atmosphere, perfect for a date with my boyfriend!!

What we ordered: Andamiro Soufflé, Andamiro Choco and mango sorbet

Ordering was easy through the kiosk. That day we ordered the Andamiro Soufflé with vanilla ice cream added, Andamiro Choco, and mango sorbet.

The mango sorbet and Andamiro Choco came out first! The mango sorbet tasted like it actually had real mango in it, so refreshing and cool as a palate cleanser haha. The Andamiro Choco lived up to its name and was completely chocolate-y, so I think anyone who loves sweets would enjoy it~

What does the Andamiro Soufflé taste like?

And finally, the Andamiro Soufflé arrived! It was gorgeous just visually. The round soufflé pancakes came out beautifully plated with fruit and cream all on one dish, so I couldn't not take photos lol. The moment we took a bite, both my boyfriend and I went 'this is it!' The soufflé cake was so, so fluffy and soft, and the texture that just melted in the mouth was amazing. Out of all the soufflés I've had, this one might be the tastiest yet haha

The vanilla ice cream that came with it was also interesting. Rather than just a soft ice cream, it had a chewy, gelato-like texture, almost a bit cheese-like too. So good ~~~~

Is Andamiro Pancake Cheonan a good date café?

Andamiro Pancake Cheonan was spacious and comfortable, great for sitting for a long time, and the atmosphere was pretty enough to make it a really solid date spot!! Above all, the Andamiro Soufflé was so delicious, and with the combo of fruit, cream, and chewy ice cream, I think anyone who loves dessert would be satisfied haha. If you're looking for a pancake café with a good vibe in Cheonan, I recommend Andamiro Pancake Cheonan :)
