We enjoyed grilled mackerel and atka mackerel with our baby, ocean views, high chairs, and a self-service side-dish bar. Verdict: a great place to compare two crisp yet moist grilled fish dishes.
Tongkeun Shabu is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Yeosu, Gwangju, with a salad bar. We enjoyed beef brisket, pork shoulder, vegetables, standard broth and chicken-bone broth, followed by naengmyeon, soup and desserts. A great choice for a family meal or group gathering.

Namsogwan U Yuk Dosakmyeon is a Chinese restaurant near Gangnam Station in Seoul. I had juicy Hong Kong-style xiaolongbao and unexpectedly excellent guobaorou in an interior that felt like a local restaurant on a Hong Kong trip. A strong pick for a different kind of Chinese meal in Gangnam.
