Jongdal Sudaddle is a farmhouse restaurant linking local produce with traditional Jeju cooking; it opened in 2010 and is now run by the second generation of the family. Jongdal Sudaddle serves a 13-dish Jeju hanjeongsik as a single spread, including grilled cutlassfish, dombae-gogi (Jeju boiled pork), braised cutlassfish or braised mackerel, seafood ttukbaegi (hot-pot stew), soy-marinated abalone, soy-marinated raw crab (ganjang gejang) and leafy greens for wrapping.

Jongdal Sudaddle makes fresh kimchi geotjeori and seasonal seasoned vegetables every day. In 2014 Jongdal Sudaddle was designated a recommended farmhouse restaurant by the Rural Development Administration, and its location on Olle Route 1, where sea, oreum (volcanic cones) and fields meet, puts Jongdal Sudaddle about 15 minutes by car from Seongsan Ilchulbong, Seopjikoji, Bijarim Forest, Manjanggul Cave, Sehwa Beach and Woljeong-ri Beach.
