Bucheon bakery for melon cream sandwiches: Easy White Bread

I’m back with a Bucheon Sinjung-dong bakery that I absolutely loved after such a long time!! There are so many bread specialty shops these days, but Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong (이지화이트브레드 부천신중동점) was exactly my kind of place.

How could I possibly not go in after seeing this poster!! I spotted the fresh-fruit milk-cream sando (Japanese-style sandwich) while taking an evening walk with my husband after dinner, and we went in right away.

The shop is not especially large, but it has a space to wait and it was nice that you could also have a quick bite there.

Since we visited after dinner, I worried there would be no bread left, but luckily the loaves I wanted were still there. While I was taking photos, someone bought 12 loaves, so I was secretly getting anxious!

Fresh bread chosen after a tasting

Samples were set out so you could taste the bread before choosing, and that is exactly how I ordered. Golden Beurre fresh bread is the most basic loaf, yet Easy White Bread made me think, “Even a basic loaf can taste this good?”

Everything is also sold individually wrapped, so I picked up whipped-cream castella fresh bread too. My husband ate it as soon as we bought it, and he was so pleased, saying the bread itself was simply delicious and that anything here would probably be good.

There are lots of famous bread specialty shops now, and I had wanted to try a truly proper loaf. If you are looking for a great bread bakery in Bucheon Sinjung-dong, visit Easy White Bread. From the basic Golden Beurre fresh bread to olive cheese, soboro chestnut glutinous rice cake, and walnut cranberry rye, there was a wide variety. Belgian deep-chocolate fresh bread is also due to launch on September 21, so keep that in mind when you visit :)

Fresh bread tastes best when you pull it apart along its layers on the day you buy it!! I ordered the soboro chestnut glutinous rice cake fresh bread, and it really was delicious when I ate it as instructed. The directions for storage and enjoying it are clearly explained, so you only need to follow them.

Gift wrapping, sandos, and coffee too

Easy White Bread, a Bucheon Sinjung-dong bakery, is also great for gifts. Gift boxes are available, and above all, the bread is delicious, so it feels like a lovely, neat gift to give.

What caught my husband’s eye were the loaves and the sandos. He loves fruit so much that he could not take his eyes off the melon milk-cream sando, so we added one more. (A pregnant woman buys everything she wants to eat.)

There are also several kinds of cream cheese that go well with the bread. Since I did not buy a basic loaf, I passed on the cream cheese. You can receive one free by participating in a Naver review, so it may be worth joining in and picking one up.

I ordered decaf brewed coffee because I wanted it with the bread. It was my first time seeing a machine like this, and it worked in such an adorable way!! Since it was not coffee made by an ordinary machine, I was even more excited to try it.

The brewed coffee definitely tasted cleaner than regular coffee. It had a slight acidity, but it went well with the sweet bread and was still delicious the next day.

Melon milk-cream sando and what I will order again

The bread is delicious to begin with, but milk cream with fresh melon? It is a look that simply cannot taste bad!! We bought the very last one, which somehow made it feel even more delicious. I loved the combination of bread and milk cream so much that I wanted to buy it again.

I dropped by on a whim, but Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong was such a satisfying Bucheon Sinjung-dong bakery visit. I bought soboro chestnut glutinous rice cake fresh bread, whipped-cream castella fresh bread, a melon milk-cream sando, and decaf brewed coffee, and every item was satisfying. The soboro chestnut glutinous rice cake fresh bread was so good that I could not even take a photo of it; the nutty soboro topping and chewy bread were absolutely the best, and it is such a memorable flavor that my husband and I will return for it :) It tastes great and makes a lovely gift too, so do visit!!
