How good can bread really be? This place shattered that prejudice!!!

I visited a place famous for its bread. It completely shattered my prejudice of thinking, “How good can bread really be~~?”!!!

Easy White Bread near Sinjung-dong Station

This is Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong (이지화이트브레드 부천신중동점), a bakery near Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon. 🚙 It is within a five-minute walk of the station. Since it is near the station, parking was not easy!!! ⏰ It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Because it opens early, it is great for buying bread in the morning and eating it in the afternoon too!!!

There was a sign saying that freshly baked bread would be coming out today. It also said they take group and event orders, so anyone wanting to order in bulk can do so!!

They also have gift sets, so you can put together a more generous, better-value selection across different price ranges. You can enjoy various kinds of bread, or have it with a drink too!!!

If you want to check the taste before buying, you can start with just one slice, then get a half or whole loaf!!! There are many other breads besides the premium butter bread as well.

This is fresh bread made carefully every day. They said a new fresh-fruit milk-cream sandwich has come out too, and I want to try it. There was a note suggesting that you pull it apart along the grain with coffee, or pile on plenty of jam~~

They also have cream cheese and various products to spread on the bread, so you can pair it with them for even more flavors. But the bread itself was so delicious that I really loved eating it plain, just as it was.

Choose the loaf size and slice thickness for your use

There was also a size guide, and I liked that it showed the sizes at actual scale. I think you can decide based on what you will use it for and how much you want to eat!!!!

There is also a space where you can sit and wait. Or, since there is a coffee menu too, it would be nice to have a quick coffee before you go. Coffee with bread~~~

You can choose the thickness of the bread slices to take home too!!! Tell them the thickness you want, and the staff will slice it right away by machine or by hand.

The bread at Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong, the bakery near Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon, is said to use AOP-certified French cultured butter. I also liked that the sign said they insist on using only good ingredients, including fresh dairy cream.

For coffee, a robot brewed it for us too. Watching the process was so fascinating, haha.

Golden Beurre fresh bread chosen after a tasting

There was a tasting corner inside the shop too. This was walnut cranberry rye fresh bread. The sign said to have the bread sliced according to its use: 1.5 cm with butter, for storage, or with jam; 2 cm to eat the bread itself; and 2.5 cm for French toast or toast~~

It said it contains more than 80% milk fat...!! It also said the cultured butter was aged for a long 18 hours, so that made me look forward to the taste even more!?!?

Honestly, before trying it, I thought, “How good can bread really be?” But the bread at Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong, the bakery near Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon, was on another level...!!! As I kept eating it, I found that the end crusts on both sides were even more delicious!?!?

Even just eating this bread, it was incredibly chewy, with such a fragrant buttery aroma and flavor. It truly felt worth the price!!! Next time, when my finances are looking better... I want to buy their homemade strawberry butter jam and blueberry butter jam too, then sit down and eat them with the bread!!!
