Getting to Petrico from Hapjeong Station
Walk from Exit 2 of Hapjeong Station toward Seogyo-dong, then turn left at the Woori Bank intersection! There’s a brunch café here that does soufflé pancakes beautifully. Petrico is open from early morning until evening on weekdays.

Even the exterior has such a deeply refined vibe.

A spacious spot that works for groups or solo time
Inside, there’s a roomy layout, comfortably spaced tables, and all kinds of seating arrangements. Great for a group, a date, or simply spending some time alone.

A blanket station that really shows the owner’s thoughtful touch.

The separate men’s and women’s restrooms inside the building were clean too 👏

Petrico’s soufflé and drink menu
Petrico, known for its soufflé pancakes, offers fruit and chocolate-banana soufflés, platter soufflés, plain soufflés, plus tarts and terrines 🌟

There’s a wide selection of coffees and drinks to go with them, too. Since I came in the evening, I skipped caffeine—but I still couldn’t skip something delicious.

Fruit soufflé and lemon Earl Grey tea
Fruit soufflé (₩18,000)

New! Lemon Earl Grey tea (₩7,000)

The fruit soufflé comes piled generously with seasonal fruit that goes so well with soufflé pancakes! Since each soufflé is made as soon as it’s ordered, it can take around 20–30 minutes, so you can order ahead too!

It arrives with a whopping four kinds of fruit—banana, kiwi, blueberry, and orange—and maple syrup is an absolute must.

The fruit soufflé comes with plenty of cream too, and honestly, it’s the kind of thing you could easily have one all to yourself. The soufflé just melts in your mouth..

So soft and fluffy—it’s practically a cloud.

The soufflé goes incredibly well with the fruit! Personally, I especially loved it with the blueberries.

Adding the tangy, nutty notes of the newly released lemon Earl Grey tea made the soufflé pairing a winner!
