Songpa pizza date with half-and-half at Pizza Never Sleeps

I went on a date with my boyfriend in Songridan-gil at lunchtime.

We were looking for a light meal near Seokchon Lake and decided to order one pizza half-and-half. That brought us to Pizza Never Sleeps Songridan-gil Branch (피자네버슬립스 송리단길점).

It was a two-minute walk from Songpanaru Station, so it was easy to use as a meeting spot.

Parking and getting there from Songpanaru Station

Is parking available?

The restaurant does not offer its own parking. If you are driving, you will need to use a nearby public parking lot; the one the restaurant recommends is Songpa Neighborhood Park Parking Lot.

Search “Songpa Neighborhood Park Parking Lot” in your navigation app; its address is 29 Songpa-daero 42-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul. It is a five- to eight-minute walk from the restaurant, so you do have to walk a little. Since the station is close, taking the subway is also an option.

How do you get there?

It is 203 m from Exit 1 of Songpanaru Station on Line 9. Walk along the main road for about two minutes from the exit and you will reach an intersection with a convenience store.

Turn right there, and the restaurant is immediately on the right at the first intersection. It is close to Seokchon Lake, making it a nice location to continue with a walk after your meal.

Pizza and side-menu prices

Pepperoni Pizza is ₩23,500, while Chicken Never Sleeps Pizza is ₩29,500. For a half-and-half order, an additional charge is calculated based on the price of the more expensive of the two pizzas you choose.

For sides, French Fries are ₩10,500, Buffalo Wings and Barbecue Wings are ₩15,000 each, and Never Sleeps Balls are ₩16,000. The pasta option, Real Truffle Pasta, is ₩25,000.

The pizzas include Double Pepperoni at ₩27,500, Potato at ₩28,500, McNight at ₩28,500, Corn Brown at ₩29,000, and Gochujang Minari Pork Belly at ₩31,000.

With Beef Never Sleeps at ₩33,000 as well, there is quite a wide range of half-and-half combinations to put together.

One pizza and two drinks for two

Half-and-half pizza: Pepperoni

We chose Pepperoni for one half of our half-and-half order.

As the menu description says, it comes loaded with pepperoni, so this is the less complicated side topping-wise.

It felt like the menu that set the baseline when putting two flavors on one pie, so we picked this side first.

Half-and-half pizza: Chicken Never Sleeps

For the other half, we went with Chicken Never Sleeps, which has the restaurant name in it.

It is a pizza combining red onion, whole garlic cloves, barbecue chicken toppings, and barbecue sauce.

Because the Pepperoni side is simple, pairing it with this topping-heavy menu gives the two halves clearly different characters on one pie.

This was also the menu that set the price basis for our half-and-half order.

Things to check before visiting

• Opening time is 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday and 12:00 Monday through Friday; closing time is 23:00 every day.
• All pizzas can be ordered half-and-half, with an additional charge based on the more expensive of the two choices.
• The restaurant does not offer parking. Use Songpa Neighborhood Park Parking Lot, a five- to eight-minute walk away.
• Last orders for dine-in are at 22:15 and for takeout at 22:30. These differ from closing time, so check if you are going late.
• Group visits and takeout are both available, and there is a waiting area and Wi-Fi.

This is a Songridan-gil pizza spot 203 m, or a two-minute walk, from Exit 1 of Songpanaru Station. Since every pizza is available half-and-half, we put Pepperoni and Chicken Never Sleeps on one pie and shared it between the two of us.
