Why I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s birthday

It’s my mom’s birthday today, so I bought her a bouquet~! This was the place that came up when I searched for bouquet flower shops in Wirye and Songpa. I’d passed it now and then on the way to the lake park, but this was my first visit!!

Lara Flower (라라플라워) is on the first floor of Seonghui Plaza on Wiryegwangjang-ro.

Most parking lots in Wirye are pretty easy to use, and this one was too! Even beginners can drive in comfortably, and there was a space right away on basement level 1. With 30 minutes of free parking too, it’s really convenient if you’re driving!!

Fresh flowers and an order in the mood I wanted

When I went in, there were so many fresh flowers ready like this! It had been a while since I’d stepped into a flower shop, and it really lifted my mood~!!

Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could buy flowers every single day~!!

Before visiting, I said, “It’s a bouquet for my mom’s birthday~,” then told them my budget and asked for an overall pink, bright feel! Rather than specifying every flower by name, I simply described the feeling I wanted, and they put together a pretty combination based on the flowers that had arrived that day.

Since it was for my mom, I wanted something feminine and soft in pink tones rather than overly vivid or flashy, and I loved that it came out exactly as I’d imagined haha. Since the flower varieties and overall size can vary with the price, I think it’s easiest to tell them your budget first when ordering!

And if you have a color palette in mind, it isn’t difficult to order if you say things like, “Please focus on pink,” or “Please make it feel bright and cheerful” :)

I seriously, seriously loved it..!!!

They had lots of bouquets in different concepts ready, and the flowers were really plentiful and fresh. Since flowers are expensive, many places use lots of green foliage instead, but what I liked most here was that there were so many flowers!!

Isn’t it wonderfully full and pretty?!! When I received the finished bouquet, it felt even more abundant than I expected, and the pink-toned wrapping matched the flowers so well that it was perfect to carry as a birthday gift.

My mom studied horticulture and enjoys flower arranging as a hobby, so she loves flowers—but she has her own tastes too, which made me a little nervous!! But she said this was more than enough, and I felt so proud haha.

Even when I put it in the car like this, it didn’t tip over thanks to the shopping bag, which was really nice haha. A quick shot while waiting at a light.

I also bought a fig cake, then waited at the restaurant, all excited to see how much Mom would like it haha hahaha.

The conclusion! Mom said it was pretty as soon as she saw it and loved it, which somehow made me even prouder 💗

If you need a birthday or anniversary bouquet around Wirye or Songpa, it might be nice to decide on your preferred colors and budget before placing an order! And lastly, I heard that delivery is available throughout Wirye, Gangdong, Songpa, and Seongnam for orders of ₩50,000 or more?! I usually make sure to buy flowers for Parents’ Day or anniversaries, so if your loved ones live far away, delivery could be a good option too!!
