Vongole pasta near Pocheon City Hall, booked on CatchTable: Eoneu Dal
In short
Eoneu Dal is a pasta and risotto restaurant on Jeongmun-dong-gil in Pocheon, Gyeonggi, near Pocheon City Hall. Booked through CatchTable as the first meal of a two-day Pocheon trip, Eoneu Dal seated the writer immediately with no weekend lunch wait, and the table shared a salmon salad (M), vongole pasta and blue crab risotto. The vongole came piled with domestic clams and the risotto with 5 to 6 pieces of blue crab, so Eoneu Dal clearly does not skimp on ingredients.

While planning a 1-night, 2-day trip to Pocheon, our first meal there was at Eoneu Dal, a pasta place with a great reputation in Pocheon!
Eoneu Dal

What kind of restaurant is Eoneu Dal in Pocheon?
It started as a small place tucked in the mountains of Gasan-myeon and has won over regulars on flavor and trust alone, so my expectations were high before even visiting. On top of a spacious dedicated parking lot, the cozy, stylish atmosphere made it perfect not just for a date but for a family outing with a baby or a group gathering.

Eoneu Dal parking, location and CatchTable booking
Eoneu Dal has generous parking space out front and back, so parking was no trouble at all. It's also near Pocheon City Hall, so accessibility was good :)
I booked through CatchTable before visiting, so I could walk straight in. Visiting during weekend lunch hours, there was a bit of a wait, so it was great to skip the line entirely by booking ahead.
Inside Eoneu Dal: table spacing, group seats and baby chairs
Walking in, I could see the open kitchen at a glance, which was reassuring since you could immediately tell it was kept clean and hygienic!
The overall vibe was warm and stylish! Tables were spaced generously so it never felt cramped, and off to one side there was a long group table that could easily seat 10 or more. Baby chairs and baby tableware were also thoughtfully stocked, and I could immediately see why it's popular for family meals with kids, gatherings of all kinds, wedding-invitation meetups, and dates!!

Seeing so many customers of every age group, I could tell right away this pasta spot is loved not just by travelers but by Pocheon locals too, haha.

There's a restroom inside too, and it was quite clean :)
Even the table setting was gorgeous and elegant. The water wasn't just plain water either — it had herbs in it, so there was a subtle herbal fragrance 🍀
What's on the menu at Eoneu Dal
- 🥩 Steak
- 🥗 Salad & Side
- 🍝 Pasta
- 🍚 Pilaff & Risotto
A seafood bomb: honest review of the three dishes we ordered
We ordered three menu items total: Eoneu Dal's signature salmon salad M, vongole pasta, and the one I was most excited about, blue crab risotto.

Salt bread to start and omija ade to drink
The bread served before the meal turned out to be salt bread! Savory and a little salty, it was perfect to start with :)
The omija (schisandra berry) ade we ordered to drink alongside everything was refreshing and genuinely delicious! Apparently it's made in-house from Pocheon and Mungyeong omija berries — clean-tasting and not overly sweet, so it paired perfectly with the pasta and risotto!

🥗 Salmon salad (M): one kelp-aged salmon a day
Usually when you order salad at a restaurant, it feels like a palate-cleansing side dish, right? But Eoneu Dal's salmon salad is substantial enough to be served as the main dish of the meal.
Only one salmon (6-7kg) is prepped by hand and kelp-aged each day, so the salmon salad is available in limited quantity — and there was zero fishy smell, just excellent umami and a chewy, satisfying texture.
The salmon slices are quite thick, and there were more pieces on top than I expected, plus a generous heap of salad greens, orange, and tomato — great value ,,👏🏻⭐ A little wasabi came on the side, and drizzling it over the salad and salmon was so good! (I get why it's the signature dish now)
It's finished with a house-made oriental dressing with sesame oil, and the nutty flavor paired beautifully with the fresh vegetables. The salmon salad is also light enough to eat easily — highly recommend :)

The other two main dishes came out quickly too. The place was pretty packed, but the food arrived fast so we could eat quickly, which was so nice (❤´艸`❤)

🍝 Vongole pasta piled with domestic clams
Eoneu Dal's vongole pasta came out with domestic clams piled high enough to cover the entire bowl. This is the kind of visual a vongole pasta should have...😙

The broth is built on domestic clams, white wine, and garlic confit oil, giving it a deep, rich seafood flavor. The real kicker was the bright green minari (water celery) underneath the clams — its subtle, fragrant aroma cut through the greasiness that oil pastas can sometimes have, keeping every bite delicious to the end :)

The noodles weren't overcooked either — cooked to just the right texture and clinging perfectly to the sauce.
I already love vongole pasta, but this felt like finding a truly excellent spot after a long time! Great looking, great tasting — I ate without even noticing, hahaha.

There were so many clams that no matter how many I ate, they never seemed to run out. I dug diligently through them and still couldn't see the end..... The umami from the clams soaked completely into the oil sauce, so I kept scooping up the broth with a spoon too ❤ If you're looking for truly delicious vongole pasta, you have to visit Eoneu Dal!

🦀 Blue crab risotto with 5 to 6 pieces of crab
Of everything we ate today, this was hands down the best — the dish that guarantees I'll come back, the blue crab risotto!

Apparently it was originally a limited May 'menu of the month' item, but the response was so explosive that it became a permanent menu item. Seeing and tasting it myself, I got it immediately. The plate arrives with 5-6 generous pieces of plump domestic blue crab piled on top — overwhelming just to look at 💓

The crab meat had zero dryness and was cooked in a way that kept its soft texture intact. Thanks to that, the meat came away easily with just a light touch, so it was easy to eat. Piling a spoonful of crab meat onto the risotto rice, the meat was genuinely packed in.
The moment I took a bite, that distinctive savory-sweet crab flavor filled my mouth... Apparently it's crab season right now, which might be why it was extra sweet, tender, and delicious 😋😋 It's a flavor you can't find anywhere else, and with such a generous amount of crab and a wonderfully creamy risotto, it's the best dish here — good enough to make me want to come back to Pocheon for this alone!

A bisque sauce made by richly simmering seasonal shrimp and blue crab soaks deep into the rice, giving real depth of flavor. It could easily turn greasy, but a kick of spicy cheongyang chili cuts right through that richness, so I kept eating without ever tiring of it 😊

Who should eat at Eoneu Dal in Pocheon?
From the cozy atmosphere to the generous use of ingredients to the reasonable prices, everything about Eoneu Dal in Pocheon was great 💝 If you want delicious, high-quality pasta or risotto, or you're looking for a great date or gathering spot, make sure to visit Eoneu Dal, a top pasta restaurant in Pocheon!
