The inside of Usijang Hoegwan had a cozy interior that felt like being at an actual cattle market.

First, the basic side dishes arrived! Wrapping meat with pickled peppers was a total game-changer
The seasoned lettuce salad was seriously so good that I refilled it and ate it again 👍
If you need more side dishes, you can use the self-serve bar, and rice refills were also unlimited ✌️

The marbling on the grilling meat especially was no joke 👏 It came with mushrooms and green onions too. The marbling really made me drool 🤤

The raw beef was also super fresh and delicious, and I could see why it's called the 3-person set — the amount of raw beef was massive too, so two people eating it alone is stuff-yourself territory 🤣
The gukbap was also packed with meat, and it came with rice already mixed in.

Now let's grill this meat well‼️ They kept checking until the charcoal temperature got high enough, so we got to watch it cook up deliciously right away 👍

It's been a while since I grilled LA-style ribs on charcoal like this, and eating it after so long was so good haha So full and so nourished after this beef meal 💛 Nice touch that they had Febreze and dental floss on the way out haha
