When it comes to Daejeon burgers, Burgiz is the first name that comes to mind! I first tried it years ago in Tanbang-dong and thought, "whoa, this is truly the number one burger spot." Since then it's popped up all over Daejeon, and now there's a new location right near the Sungsimdang main store in Eunhaeng-dong. It's a 5-minute walk from Sungsimdang so the accessibility is amazing, and being newly opened, the space is super clean and pleasant! The flavors have wide appeal for kids and adults alike, and with a lineup of 13 different burgers, everyone can pick according to their taste.

You can use the parking space inside the villa building that houses Burgiz Daeheung, and there's also street parking right in front of the store and in the surrounding alleys.

The moment you step through the door, you're hit with an exotic atmosphere — a clever reinterpretation of an American restaurant. It genuinely felt like a mini trip abroad, which was refreshing in itself.

True to a freshly opened spot, the whole place is really clean and pleasant! There are window seats perfect for solo dining without any pressure, plus 2–4 person tables further inside for a relaxed chat over a meal — the layout is well thought out.
