Super Protein poke bowl with salmon and chicken breast: Olla Poke

In short

Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch is a poke and salad restaurant on the basement level of Terra Tower A in Munjeong Legal Town, Songpa, Seoul. The writer ordered the Super Protein Poke for ₩14,000, mixed with salmon, chicken breast, avocado, chickpeas, flying fish roe, multigrain rice, and sriracha mayo, and found it arrived more generous than the menu photo — a filling solo lunch with plug outlets and free hot rooibos tea after the meal.

These days, I find myself glancing at the nutrition facts almost every time I eat something. But then again, eating nothing but chicken breast and raw veggies every day feels less like a diet and more like some kind of discipline training, haha.

A place that looks like health food but almost feels wrong to taste this good — a Munjeong poke spot with generous ingredients that leaves you full after one bowl.

So while looking for a menu that let me get protein and vegetables together without sacrificing taste, I visited Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch in Munjeong Legal Town.

White-toned interior with solo seats and power outlets

Clean, white-toned interior at Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch — almost like sitting in a courtroom.

Walk into the basement of Terra Tower A and the orange-and-white color scheme immediately catches your eye. True to a poke shop, the whole space is bright and clean, so it felt completely comfortable eating alone.

People working in Legal Town are busy, right? So the solo seating is well set up. And since solo diners mostly end up on their phones, there are plenty of power outlets to charge while you eat!

They've got the calorie chart posted right there~ Makes sense, this is Legal Town after all... with so many Pilates, yoga, and PT studios nearby, there are plenty of people who take self-management seriously. And then there's the legal crowd — you know, the dress shirt, black horn-rimmed glasses, intellectual look — the type who'd tap through a calorie calculator while eating~

Super Protein Poke ₩14,000 — more generous than the menu photo, plot twist

A clean pairing of Super Protein Poke and Victoria sparkling water — even more generous and impressive than the menu photo, quite the twist.

What I ordered was the Super Protein Poke, ₩14,000! Even just looking at the photo, it lives up to its name.

Wait, it actually comes out even more generous and impressive-looking than the menu photo... usually menu photos exaggerate a little, but this is... is this what you'd call positive false advertising? Hahaha, they should really swap in this photo for the menu.

Poke topped with salmon, chicken breast, and avocado

Salmon, chicken breast, avocado, chickpeas, flying fish roe, and vegetables — the colors alone are so vibrant. On top of that there's multigrain rice, so it wasn't just a light salad moment — it genuinely felt like a full meal. The Super Protein Poke is still listed at ₩14,000 on their current public menu.

Avocado to your heart's content

Buy too much avocado and it goes bad before you finish it, buy it one at a time and it's expensive... you know it's good for you, but still... and here it's piled on so generously~

Large chunks of avocado on top

The ingredients were in especially good condition. The avocado came in big chunks, the salmon was soft, and eating it together with the chicken breast meant every spoonful had a different combination of ingredients.

Multigrain rice with sriracha mayo — why this health food isn't bland

Poke drizzled with sriracha mayo

Mixing this together with the multigrain rice and sriracha mayo, a thought suddenly crossed my mind: "Wait, isn't this actually not that healthy?" Haha. It was that good. There's this bias that health food means bland seasoning that gets boring fast, but here the sauce really takes care of that. They also had recommended sauces organized by menu item, so even as a first-timer it wasn't hard to choose.

Mixed poke with lentils and seaweed visible

The chickpeas and lentils scattered throughout had great texture, and the flying fish roe added fun little pops as you bit into it. The seaweed mixed in seemed like it wouldn't matter much, but it surprisingly went really well with the poke.

So this seemed like the perfect lunch spot for office workers around Munjeong Legal Town looking for a good salad restaurant. The portion was substantial enough that I didn't get that "I just ate a salad, I'll be hungry again in two hours" feeling. Since I'm watching my diet, I kept it modest with sparkling water for my drink, haha. After finishing the meal, there was also hot rooibos tea to cleanse the palate.

Not just looking healthy, but actually tasting good enough that I'd want to eat it again — that's what matters most to me, haha.

Final thoughts

  • 🥗 Salmon, chicken breast, avocado, and beans — a generous lineup that lives up to the name "Super Protein"
  • 🥑 Fresh ingredients, with good texture from the vegetables all the way to the avocado
  • 🌶️ Mixed with multigrain rice and sriracha mayo, it's health food that's never bland
  • 🧾 Calorie and nutrition info organized by topping, handy for tracking your diet
  • ☕ Clean space that's comfortable for solo dining, plus hot rooibos tea after the meal — great touch
