While looking for a good meal near Sangam-dong, I found a hidden gem — a pho restaurant that's become a real Sangam favorite.

How far is it from Digital Media City Station?
It's about a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Digital Media City Station on Line 6, and since it's right on the main road, it's really easy to find.

The outside of the place has quite a presence too. It feels less like Sangam-dong and more like somewhere in Itaewon, haha.
What was the wait like for Sunday lunch?
I visited on a Sunday for lunch, and since this is more of a business district, weekends seem to be quieter. I got in with no wait at all. On weekdays, though, this looks like it'd be a busy Sangam lunch spot.

Here's the interior. I genuinely thought I'd walked into a local restaurant in Thailand, haha. There are about 4–5 tables, but they're spaced well apart so it never feels cramped.

After ordering, I looked around a bit. The place is full of little decor pieces that really lean into the Thai vibe.
Even the floor tiles have that Thai feel... now I want to go to Thailand, ㅜㅜ
This is the basic table setup. It normally comes with a lid on, but I opened it up to show you what's inside.
Mild pickled radish, and chili pickled in what tastes like fish sauce — savory and rich.
All the dishes came out at once.
🌶️Beef pho (₩11,500)
A Southeast Asian classic — beef pho.
Look at the color of that broth. Even at a glance you can tell it's rich — I thought it might taste overly salty given how dark it is, but instead it had a subtle sweetness and the flavor ran really deep.
There were two thick slices of beef on top too. Crunchy bean sprouts, a deep broth, and proper rice noodles — this pho really delivers.
The broth leans spicy. Definitely recommend it on a day when you're craving something hot and fiery.
Noodle refills are free. If you're eating and want more, just ask for a top-up!
🍤Shrimp pad thai (₩12,000)
Pad thai is Thai-style stir-fried noodles, and the ingredients here are piled on generously.
I sprinkled on the peanut powder from the table and gave it a try. I'm putting this as the best pad thai I've ever had in my life. Genuinely the best... chef, how on earth did you make this?
Pad thai with a sweet edge and that smoky wok flavor — the crunch of the bean sprouts, perfectly cooked rice noodles, and plump shrimp came together perfectly. It wasn't spicy at all, so it was great to enjoy with my kid too.
Noodle refills are available for pad thai too. You just can't add them partway through — you have to request the free refill when you first order!
🌶️Chicken curry rice (₩15,000)
Do you like poo pad pong curry? Even if you don't, you have to try this one here.
It comes out with rice like this — you scoop some onto your own plate and mix it in.
Mash up the fried egg, swirl in the chili oil, and pack a spoonful — yum!
With coconut cream and egg in there, it's so smooth and savory, with insane depth of flavor — I honestly forget this curry is Thai and not Indian, hahaha. I ordered the chicken version and there was a ton of it inside. Not a hint of gaminess, absolutely delicious. Every dish was great, but curry rice was my number one!
Rice refills are free too, so I ended up having two bowls, haha.
If you leave a receipt review, you can get a free drink or spring rolls — definitely worth doing.
