A rainy-day visit to Bueokgan Suwan Branch with my child
After going to a kids’ café with my child for the first time in a while, we visited Bueokgan, a great pasta spot in Suwan District. The rain made it feel even more atmospheric. I don’t think there is a separate parking lot, so you will need to park in a nearby alley.

If there is a wait, you can join it through Tabling. Even on a rainy Saturday, we got in without waiting!

The outdoor terrace would be nice when the weather is good, too.

An interior with a European restaurant feel
The interior has a European restaurant feel~ It was stylish and had such a nice atmosphere, making it a really great date spot too. With atmospheric framed pictures and floral decorations here and there, it felt like the kind of restaurant women would love.

There are tables for two, four, and six, with a comfortable amount of space for dining. The full-height windows were so nice for watching the rain outside. My child and I just zoned out and watched outside for a while, haha. Bueokgan can handle groups without a problem, too.

There are cute coat hangers too! Even the little details feel atmospheric~~~ In winter, it can be awkward figuring out where to put your coat or jacket at a restaurant, but Bueokgan has hangers so you can hang them up comfortably and eat. There are children’s high chairs too~ The women’s restroom is inside the restaurant, while the men’s restroom is outside.

Kiosk ordering and children’s tableware
You order from the kiosk. If you come with a child, they provide children’s tableware. Such cute little dishes~~~~~
Was it a little over 10 minutes after ordering? They prepared the food quickly :)

Grilled napa cabbage Caesar salad
This Caesar salad is piled with sun-dried tomatoes, bacon chips, onion flakes, and cheese over grilled napa cabbage. It was delicious with all the bacon and sauce over the crisp cabbage. It is not spicy and feels clean, so this grilled napa cabbage Caesar salad is good for children to share before the meal, too.

Just cut it to your preferred size and eat. Great before a meal~ It would be good for a diet too.

It is so good with salty bacon, crisp cabbage, and the sauce~

Jambon pizza shared with my child
This pizza is baked with jambon (French ham) and served with honey pistachios. The generous jambon with sweet cheese made for a mild, savory flavor.

It is a pizza that is great to eat with children. My child and I shared a slice each~ For a milder taste, just eat it without the sauce. I wanted a little kick, so I added hot sauce, and that gave it a different kind of deliciousness too~~~

Taking a bite of pizza with chopped green onion!

Abalone cream risotto and shrimp rosé pasta
The abalone cream risotto brings together rich abalone innards and cream. It was delicious risotto, a nourishing and satisfying meal for children too. The fried enoki mushrooms had a nice crisp texture as well.

The buttery aroma and subtle scent of abalone innards came through, and it was addictively delicious. There was a good amount of abalone meat, so my child had a very filling meal.

This is rosé shrimp pasta generously filled with plump, springy shrimp and button mushrooms. The portion was quite large, and I fell for how fresh the shrimp were! We enjoyed it so much. As you would expect from a Suwan District pasta specialist, the pasta was delicious.

Even my son ate it while holding his nose, hahaha.

If you are looking for a good restaurant in Suwan District or somewhere to take your child, I recommend Bueokgan. There are plenty of menu items children can eat, and you can make lovely memories~~~ It is great with children, for dates, or for gatherings, where you can order and enjoy a variety of dishes, haha.
