Uiwang outlet café for coconut coffee with baby: Jeong Jiyoung
In short
Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang Branch is a café in Uiwang, Gyeonggi, inside Time Villas Glass Village. I had ₩7,000 coconut coffee in its airy, window-filled space, and the first-floor seats were more convenient with a stroller. Verdict: a lovely café stop for an outlet day with a baby.

Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters was somewhere I often stopped by whenever I went to Haenggung-dong in Suwon. It was already a café I liked, so when I heard one had opened at Uiwang Time Villas, much closer to home, I had to visit. I go to Uiwang Time Villas often, and despite its size, I had always felt it was a little short on cafés where you could sit down with a coffee and take a break—so I was happy to see a Jeong Jiyoung Coffee I loved open there, haha.

A spacious café in Time Villas Glass Village
Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Uiwang Branch is located in Time Villas Glass Village.

What I liked most here was definitely the sense of space. The ceiling was high and there were huge windows all around, so it felt wonderfully open rather than stuffy. You could even see lush green scenery outside, which made the atmosphere even nicer on a beautiful day.

If you are visiting with a baby and stroller
The seating is split between the first and second floors, and with seats upstairs too, it was more spacious than I expected. But there is one thing to keep in mind if you come with a baby and stroller! You have to take the stairs to the second floor, so getting a stroller up would be difficult. If you are visiting with a baby like us, the first-floor seats would be much more comfortable when using a stroller. As you can see in the photos, high chairs were available too.
Jeong Jiyoung Coffee menu and coconut coffee

Americano ₩5,500, caffè latte ₩6,500, flat white ₩6,000, and vanilla latte ₩6,800. And then there is the signature menu item you simply cannot leave out at Jeong Jiyoung Coffee: Coconut, ₩7,000.
I had loved this coconut coffee since I used to visit Jeong Jiyoung Coffee in Haenggung-dong, and it was delicious again that day, haha. Actually, I do not even like coconut water, and I find that distinctive coconut scent a bit rich, but the coconut coffee here is soooo good....

The in-store notice at the time of my visit said that pregnant customers could switch to decaf beans for free. That was one reason I also used Jeong Jiyoung Coffee often when I was pregnant. You naturally become more mindful of caffeine during pregnancy, and I remember being able to drink coffee without worrying because I could switch to decaf without an extra charge. I was oddly happy to see that they are still offering this service.

There was also quite a range of desserts besides coffee. From cakes to sandwiches and baked treats, plus drinks and milk for children down below. Since lots of families visit the outlet with children, this menu selection seemed quietly well thought out.

On one side, they were selling Jeong Jiyoung Coffee goods too: coffee beans and drip bags, as well as cups, hats, and T-shirts. It was fun to browse them one by one while waiting for coffee, haha. Especially if you like Jeong Jiyoung Coffee's signature clean design, it is worth having a look at the goods.

I used to stop by Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters often whenever I went to Suwon, so I was personally so happy that it had opened at Uiwang Time Villas, close to home. I had felt the café choices at Uiwang Time Villas were a little disappointing whenever I visited, but now one of my favorite Jeong Jiyoung Coffees has arrived in a spacious, open setting, so I think I will be coming by often. If you are with a baby, I recommend the first-floor seats because of the stroller, and for coffee... coconut, of course~~~!

The weather was so lovely that I wished it could always be like this these days ❤ We took a photo too, happily drank our coffee, walked a lap around the outlet, and called it a day~~
